If I remember correctly your Day 1 starts 00:01-18:00 If you arrive at 18:01 or later it will be classed as Day 0, so you may have to book 2 nights Here are some pictures taken from same discussion when changes were made in April. I was lucky and managed to check out earlier and I got refunded the amount (days) not used Here is my email to hotel regrading checking out after 10 nights instead of 11 ในวันที่ พ. 7 เม.ย. 2021 เวลา 16:28 I don’t want refund. I only want to follow CCSA advice. My flight arrived in BKK Airport Thailand 12:50hrs on April 4th. Because my flight arrived before 18:00hrs. My first day is same as arrival day April 4th. My 1st day of quarantine is April 4th. 2nd day April 5th 3rd day April 6th 4th day April 7th 5th day April 8th 6th day April 9th 7th day April 10th 8th day April 11th 9th day April 12th 10th day April 13th final day of quarantine 11th day April 14th. Is check out day.

This needs to be cleared up regarding testing at BKK Airport or at Hotel Can I use and SHA+ hotel in Pattaya, or does the SHA+ hotel need to be in Bangkok?? Upon arrival at Thailand’s international airport, travellers must proceed directly by the approved airport transfer to the pre-arranged COVID-19 test centre, or the reserved accommodation and undergo the required RT-PCR COVID-19 test on Day 0-1.

Thailand Pass to Replace the COE, what about the Prepaid PCR Tests ?
bolt replied to XtraFly's topic in COVID-19 Coronavirus
The list of Approved (5-10-38??) Low Risk countries will be announced Tomorrow (Wednesday 20th ) As I have said on other threads, this is going the same way as the changes which happened in April and July, both sets of changes were changed after the announced date. For example, the Phuket sandbox was 1st July, but the COE system wasn’t working until the 30th June, some travelers managed to board aircraft without having an approved COE, they managed to land and then download the approved COE. So this 1st November won’t be for people arriving on the 1st, I’m guessing by 3rd or 4th it will be working but if your travelling before those dates be very careful with your money, delay if possible. I’ve completed 3 trips to Thailand during last 12 months 2 ASQ and 1 Sandbox, and I won’t pay until 48-72hours before departure. My 3 COE have been issued within 48 hours, The Embassy has been excellent it’s the Bangkok side which is flip flopping -

your payment needs to be in FULL OR to the value of $500, its badly written, so don't worry when are you expecting to arrive what have you paid for already ???? -
Your COE is tied to your bookings (Flights PCR test (s) Day 1 & 6th and Hotel) so unless you want to stay at a AQ hotel for 7 days I suggest you contact the embassy. I expect 1 PCR Test only upon arrival in BKK If your departure country is on the green list you will only need 1 nights accommodation at an AQ or SHA+ hotel So I’m sure you will have Change-edit your COE application once the Thai embassy knows the new requirements for your dates November 12th ???? I think by the 12th you’ll need · Flight tickets · COVID Insurance · Pay in advance for PCR test on day 1 in BKK · Hotel booking in approved hotel for minimum 1 night only · Thai Visa

Short answer is you will be ok by the 12th Note As per previous changes for example Reduced quarantine Phase 1 was April 1, 14 days reduced to 7 for vaccinated arrivals ( this scheme last 3 weeks only) the popular tourism country is lifting some of its Covid restrictions. As of that date, Thailand’s strict 14-day quarantine will be relaxed to ten days for most travelers. An exception is travelers from countries with virus variants of concern—those quarantines remain at 14 days. This was finally Gazetted April 2nd Reduced quarantine Phase 2 was Sandbox July 1st, if I remember some travelers left before the Royal gazette announcement and managed to arrive July 1st, but it was very very last minute official Gazette was July 1st. Reduced quarantine Phase 3 November 1st, Including 5-10-38 low risk countries. Official announcement will be Friday 29th October (no chance) I think royal gazette will be November 3rd Wednesday I’ll be flying approx. November 20-23 so should be ok by then

Cashless payments in Thailand
bolt replied to jayboy's topic in Jobs, Economy, Banking, Business, Investments
they have one from the credit card swipe machine, the QR code appears on that little screen, or it can appear on the cash register screen also, it works very well Most of the time, the amount comes automatically so its a new QR code for each purchase -
