    Naah. Thailand is only cheap if you eat crap and live in crappy rooms. Decent quality food and accommodation in Thailand costs pretty much the same as in the West.

    So my understanding is that it's the same as with TM30. If you never show up at immigration, you don't need worry

    Or they can fine you only at an immigration office?

    Even if you have 30k per month. A modest room or studio is 10k or less, food another 10k. Then you have 10k for 'treats', which is not bad.

    What's the current situation with 90 day reports at Bangkok immigration? How big are the queues? What time should I arrive to be able to do this the same day?
