  1. What is considered "the first 90 day report"? The first report after entering the country? Or the very first report for a particular person?
  2. What if I try to do the first report online - will the electronic system allow it?
  3. I read on some websites that the first 90 day report has to be done in person, not online. Is it true? Or is this outdated information?
  4. Pattaya, Hua Hin among others
  5. Because it's interesting to me and I think to many others. You still didn't answer the question. What if I have a connecting international flight in Bangkok (same airport) - do I need to clear immigration?
  6. The current information from multiple immigration offices is that it DOES require 90 day reports
  7. Which banks open accounts for DTV visa holders? Besides Bangkok Bank of course
  8. Believe me, criminals have many other ways to stay in Thailand besides the DTV visa
  9. It makes total sense. Supply and demand. The more tourists come in, bring in foreign currencies and buy Thai baht, the stronger the baht becomes.

  11. Like I said, they question many frequent visitors, but only a tiny fraction get actually denied entry.
  12. I love those "nearly sent back" stories. You were just questioned, not "nearly sent back". They question many people every day, and only a small portion of them get sent back. No big deal.
  13. That's clearly either bob or someone trying to imitate him. Same writing style, no capitals at the beginning of a sentence.
  14. LBs are barebacking him
  15. With ladyboys it's not cheating
  16. What a pervert! I never knew such an atrocity could be done to a child!
  17. I'm not a lawyer nor someone well versed in the Thai criminal code, so I'm not gonna argue
  18. Also, see here: https://www.icmec.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/ICMEC-Thailand-National-Legislation-updated.pdf
  19. Actually, it's 15 years old. The age of sexual consent for both boys and girls is 15 years. The Thai Penal Code also provides for close-in age exemption in case a child below 18 has sexual intercourse with another child aged 13-15 years of age with the consent of the latter. https://ecpat.org/country/thailand
