Your problem is not rate, it's availability of that sort of volume. I can pretty much guarantee the banks wont have that to hand but they will be able to collect it for you over time, ditto the money changers.

Downstream of course there's also a Customs issues but I expect you know that.

I needed a to change bath to a big roll of USD once and did not call ahead to SuperRich on LoiKhroh rd in CM

They had it on hand. Like 15 or 20k USD, can’t remember. Nobody batted an eye.

  2. Maybe if Trump wins and appoints himself first Monarch of the Trump dynasty in 2025 they will become real collectors items 😀

More likely I’d reckon any dufus who buys one of these pieces of garish  dreck will be lucky to get melt and loose diamond weight a few years later minus a hefty premium for the pawnbroker or goldsmith.

Eh , is that any way on topic ?

You sat next to the man in the photo 21 years ago ?

    Anyway about the Trumps watches

Absolutely, foolish. Only an idiot would buy one. We could go on and on about wealthy people who squandered their money or ended up jailed for life. But some of them were not just fools, they are psychopaths and criminals like  Donald Trump.

I doubt that they are that foolish, having that much spare cash

     Just because people have spare

    cash does not make them

    not a fool.

Amazing nonsense. How does one say

the phrase “more money than sense “ in Thai?

I read  this cat was worth as much as one billion dollars. About 21 years ago I sat adjacent to him,  and Russel Simmons in a nice Italian trattoria in NYC . If Puffy had just “played within the lines” he could get all the gratification he would have ever wanted or needed for life. A fool.

I grok one can be “a fan “ of his scholarship whilst disagreeing with him completely.

He has stated that the GOP is the greatest threat to the continued existence of human civilization in the history of the world.

Don’t remember  what he has said about Trump in particularly as he is too ridiculous and clownish to attract much intellectual interest but surely your alumni fellow will not support your voting for Trump.

He and I are fellow alumni, after all.

  7. Trump dodges question over whether any past partners had abortions

“Given his draconian comment, sending women back to back alleys, I had to ask: When he was a swinging bachelor in Manhattan, was he ever involved with anyone who had an abortion?

‘Such an interesting question,’ he said. ‘So what’s your next question?’”

Working in a 24/7/365 industry I sleep when I am tired and get as much as I can. When I am on days off my social life in Thailand is at night and avoiding the heat of the day I become a night owl who gets best rest from 4 AM until noon. Then I putter until around 4pm exercise time or cycling. I like a late dinner.

When in a Farangland winter I avoid the dark and get up, at 4AM.

Hopefully I can survive a few more years until retirement

It is actually quite possible to live long term in Thailand without a Thai bank A/C. Admittedly you did not state 'Thai bank'. I have a UK visa card which I use on a very regular basis, to make purchases in store in Thai Baht, and at ATMs. The down side to using an ATM is the charge they make. The only Thai bank A/C I have is a fixed deposit for the purpose of Immigration.

Not wanting to be difficult Dr Jack, but you should check facts before making statements.

Can you link foreign credit card to automatic debit monthly of Condo maintenance  fees, Pea electric payments and 3bb internet services?

That attitude is what lost Hillary 2016.  It's typical of the Dems.  They ooze contempt for the very people that make modern life possible.

Nonsense. Hillary lost because of a “vast right wing conspiracy” lasting since early 1990s causing a certain proportion of likely Hillary voters to stay home. And others, the most guilty, who wasted their votes on Dr. Jill Stein

Nothing to do with these hard-hat types

Yep, brought to you by pure socialism/Marxism.

You don’t need roads, potable water, a fire department or electricity?

Is there a country in the world where all

these services are pay as you go?

You mean the ones that keep the electricity on, the water flowing, the streets paved, the fire engines running, and all the other services the educated people enjoy?

    They provide essential services

    With No college degree

    keeping pit bulls

    covered with tattoos

Spending the rest of their disposable on motorcycles, Football tickets, alcohol…

Whilst voting against their own interests

  13. Looks like my voter registration has been purged.

I have been waiting for my mail ballot.

Checked the online site today. Not eligible, no idea why iO will call the registration office but not sure there is time to get this illegal suppression of a likely Harris voter amended. M

The right -wingers who control the state process do not like my name, they don’t like my foreign birth and

    probably not my voting history
