It's really simple. Calorific Deficit. Consume less calories than you burn. Problem is that as we get older we spend less time being active and therefore have more time to consume calories. The less active you become the less calories you should consume. Also check the calorie values for what you are consuming.

Will Thailand boycott Beijing Olympics 2022 as many other countries are doing?

Tried it also. Didn't feel any difference. Didn't like the taste. Maybe didn't chew it for long enough.

I applied for Thailand Pass yesterday evening, 6th Nov. I don't remember what time. Checked email short time later. Time of email 5.57 pm. 6th Nov. ( That is 0.57 am Sunday morning Thailand time) "T.P. system has received your email. Result will be sent within 7 days. Same time 5.57 pm. 6th Nov. Another email. T.P. system has approved your registration. QR code attached. Does anybody really think that someone was working in immigration shortly after midniight on Sunday morning and was able to receive and approve registration at the same time?

I dont remember which one I sent but if you like you can copy EU cert. Fold it over, then put it on top or the original , correct way up, and copy again. Anyway, I'm sure whover is looking at it can rotate the image -

I have two certs. One is the EU vaccination cert and the other is on The Covid Tracker app which you can download to your phone. You probably dont need two but I used them as TP asked for Covid cert in two places -

Since TP ask for Covidf Cer in two places I insertedf both. EU Cert and country ( Ireland) issued. Both have QR codes but no pasport nos. Applied 1st Nov. Got TP QR code approximately 12 hours later. Not flying until 14th November so I think earlier departures being prioritised is not true -
Thailand Pass helps streamline international arrivals
Emeraldisle replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
I was so frustrated yesterday about not being able to submit TP that I emaied all documents to Thai Embassy in London ( I'm in Ireland) and asked them to approve application. Might have worked, I doubt it, but you never know. Seemed like the only way at the time. No issues anyway with lack of passport number. -

After a few failed attempts yesterday, 1st Nov, I managed to submit application. Got acknowledgement email shortly afterward. Said I would have decision in not more than seven working days. Sent Covid Cert with no passport no. EU Certs have no passport no. Got appoved with QR code this morning. About twelve hours later. I must have hit lucky. Maybe it was my Bhuddist amulets. lol -

Had flight booked to Phuket and applied for COE. but not finally approved. Flight was cancelled (got refund already) Booked another flight with Emirates on different dates so have to apply for Thailand Pass. I asked AXA Thailand to change policy dates for Covid insurance but they are not co-operating so I may have to buy new insurance.. Emirates include insurance cover in their prices. Has anybody used this insurance to enter Thailand and is it accepted by Thai Embassy? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks -
Emirates' Covid insurance
Emeraldisle replied to Thai Visa Member 999999's topic in COVID-19 Coronavirus
I had a flight booked to Phuket with Turkish Airlines but airline cancelled flight. Got refund within a couple of days. So no problem there. Booked another flight with Emirates but different dates. Hotel and PCR testing were very accommodating and changed dates. Problem is that AXA (for Covid insurance ) don't seem to be so cooperative. Does anybody know if Emirates insurance meets the requirements for Thailand Pass? If so, how do I get copy of policy? Thanking you in advance for any information. -
