I picked up my new 5 year license last wednsday in Pattaya. Paid 505 Baht and they accepted the letter of residency from immigration without any questions. Been there around 15:00 and took me 5 minutes.

Bumrungrad Hospital is a government hospital and it's the cheapest and is good for minor problems and dirt cheap prices. Not for complicated or serious problems.

If you got only a 1-3 pics on a page, I would recommend you the same way as above. Just make the thumbnail clickable. If you got a lot of pictures, I would recommend you to use the FrontPage Photo Gallery. It is also in the "Insert" - "Picture" menu.
