    I was surprised that my 23 october month Electric Bill cost me only 3.78 Baht/unit. Normally above 5 Baht a Unit. Overall price (amount to pay/number of units).

    On year ago I filed change of address with a TM 28 form at Jomtiem Imm. (office 10). Is the TM 30 form the new mandatory form? I ask because I will move again in a few weeks.

    You cannot really compare them, it's not 2 versions of the same plot. Only the name is the same which makes it uneasy to find the one you're looking for. That's the main reason I mentioned it here. Btw. Huge fan of Rufus Sewell https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0001722/?ref_=tt_ov_st Involved in many good series, Kaleidoscope, The Diplomat (US) and The Man in the High Castle. Specially the last one is a very good one imho.
