  1. Remarkable! It's not the selling of reservations what was prohibited. It's just not ok because no vaccine was approved by now. Thai government should come forward with a vaccination plan and make sure no f&ckn criminal hospital or so called "doctor" is exploiting people's fear and doing a dirty extra business!! They should put then into jail for this! 3. World country Thainand. You want to fly to the moon? Vaccinate all your residents first. FOR FREE!!

Who will trust he gets a real vaccine instead of a counterfeit if there is such big money to earn? Who can trust the vaccine is still good and was kept at minus 70 celsius without any interruptions. If government does not check and treat this issue with highest priority it will be paradise for corrupt criminals. Good luck third world corrupt Thauland. I get mine in Europe.

  2. 100 kmh limit fior 35kW big bikes? Still cannot use highway? Third world country!

A lot of different speed limits for different vehicles. Stupid to have on the same road even on the same lane speed limits from 90 to 12ü depending what u drive. Not exactly a safery improvement.

Road safety can increasy 1. If Thais get driving school education, and 2. If traffic rules, especially speed limits get enforced by the police.

The new limits will change absolutely nothing.

  3. They again want to do more than necessary. Why check farangs during their entire stay in Thailand? Why not limited to the quaratene time? Why not copy a working system? Just copy the South Korean system. Not overdone and very effective.

Thai xenophobic approach assuming that farangs are always dangerous even if they did not bring covid inside but they are still somehow dangerous because they are farang. Thai xenophobia.

    Shame on you Thailand!

So that means cab drivers  anytime a tourist or farang gets into a taxi even to travel 3mins down the road not even remotely close to the airport, are going to be dodgy and try and charge it.

Way to go to increase distrust in taxi drivers

Now they will try charging bags even if u dont travel to airports. And now it will always be a discussion how many bags and how big. In the end the driver will just state an amount and you will need to defend yourself against him. Was bad before. Now it will be worse.

  5. Thank you my racist and xenophobic friend Anoutin. Well spoken. Thailand's future is so bright you probably cannot see the door you should take to exit the seized government power. No, Thailand won't become a medical hub. First of all, Thai education and science, research and cutting edge technologies are far behind leading western countries. Medical services in Thailand are far behind western countries.

Thailand is and will remain for a very long period of time a 3rd world country.

Secondly, the Thai robbing and ripoff menthality towards foreigners is deep rooted and won't attract many who can afford to go for a better place. Medical hub for Indians? Maybe.

Thirdly, Thais are generally not interested in foreigners, to put it nicely, this includes their culture, music but even the English language itself.

Foreigners are well aware of the lack of respect towards them in Thailand.

And then, there are big players to compete with, Arab countries try the same.

My advice to you, start talking nicely about farangs and start educating your retarded but arrogant people, teach them that farangs are not low creatures like cats and dogs. Teach them they should open up their proud minds and start to listen and learn from farangs, because you don't have the knowledge that farangs could bring to your country. Then, in a few decades, Thailand will develop to a level where we can consider to accept such medical services from "Thai specialists".

IDK what you are talking about but I brag about being the last farang to experience the wonder of the world Walking Street, every day. I first visited Thailand in November 2019, it blew my greenhorn farang mind so much so,  that I decided to return immediately in February 2020, and I could not have been happier with my decision as I had a feeling that this may be the last time anyone will ever experience Thailand at its peak.

Wasn't the peak when you returned. You have seen it slowly dying, a process of at least  10 years already (military coup and General Prayuth's military hunta government)  but you believed it was Thailand at is peak.

the problem with this administration is that every time they have a good idea they then kill it by adding loads of petty restrictions

keep it simple stupids and you'll get the results you want

Restrictions get added because the good idea is a show-only for the public, they don.'t really mean it or want it and they wilfully kill it by adding endless and outragious restrictions. Thai standard since many years, only show, no substance.
