Why do so many replies have adults assuming they know what others here do in their lives? I've been with a 40 kg girl, when I was a teenager, as that's the weight of a teen girl unless she's under 5 foot tall. What normal woman wants to sleep with strangers for cash? Take away the cash, and the trade stops, and people are back to casual sex with people they are attracted to, or with the gold diggers, for the goods. Why would any of them offer a discount? This is all about the money. As much as they can get, with some ripping off customers who flash cash. Happens a lot. Most of them have to pay someone else to work the trade. These people behind the scenes are the real trash.
