  1. I'm not worked up. I hate human traffickers for an obvious reason, and a lot of prostitution worldwide involves them, along with children. It's not a presumption when I say you shouldn't cheat on someone you say you love. if you want to get laid by other than your wife, divorce her so she can find a faithful man, period. Then you can buy all the sex you want and not hurt anyone besides the possibility of spreading a disease you or someone else might not get rid of, or die from. That's not just moral, that's common sense. Because there are millions of men that do this doesn't make it right. Millions of people followed Hitler, Putin, Stalin and others like him, and were duped into believing they were right, all because they might have had some good ideas about other things. Following others bad habits means exactly that. Being moral is the first thing you do in a marriage. I don't care if this is a dialogue or not. I post things to join in a topic. I don't make opinions as they really are meaningless. Facts are facts, and that's what I go by. I never said people don't care about their wives if they loved them. It's possible to love someone and cheat on them. It's just childish thinking and wrong. What if they did it to you? How would you feel? There ar people who have open marriages, which is a sham, but they share partners because they think it's more exciting to have sex with more than one. Try being single instead. Plenty of single women a person can buy or dupe into having sex a few times. if you want a permanent partner, you don't do them wrong, period.
  2. That's why it's best to not comment. Non support. no comment.
  3. All foreigners should stick up for other foreigners when in a foreign land, UNLESS, like I said, they are doing illegal or immoral things. Then, it's best to just keep comments to yourself, because all negative comments add up, and we're all looked at as guilty. I don't see why adults can't understand this concept. Kicking anyone in the head who hasn't done harm to your family is always a cowardly act.
  4. Kicking a man on the ground isn't a skill. You see this happening almost every day on the news, and the news only shows a tiny fraction of what's happening countrywide. I've been here over 6 years and don't know anyone who is skilled at fighting, and I've been around many who are play fighting (good indication of defensive moves) and actually have seen fights happen. No one should ever tuck their tails and run. You don't get yourself into this kind of situation because no matter the country, you don't hit someone at a bar just because they said a few words. be a man and let it slide. It means nothing unless they are trashing your wife, and even then it's better to just walk away. Three locals that don't actually know how to fight and have to resort to kicking (proof) are no match for a person who actually does. True, more can join in and too many at one time are too much for any man (despite the Chuck Norris and Steven Seagal bar fights) so it's still better to walk away and not let yourself get into this kind of trouble. If this happened in the US, as I've seen it many times, including with myself, there has never been a time where I've seen two or more against one. And never kicking on the ground besides gangs against gangs, which is a totally different situation.
  5. Talking bad about any foreigner on a public forum looks bad to everyone living here. You don't understand this? Saying he was a dope and should have known better, should have drank less, left when asked, like the rest of us law abiding foreigners, better.
  6. He deserved being kicked while down because of a light slap that was followed by a punch from the bouncer? The mentality of some here amazes me.
  7. There never comes a time when you don't support your own, unless they are doing illegal or immoral things, but again, trashing them on a public forum spells trouble for the rest of us who are law abiding and only want to live here in peace. A man's job is to support anyone that's in the right, no matter the nationality or creed. I'll repeat it. We don't know anything about this man besides he was drinking with his son. He was drunk, and made a stupid mistake, as millions do, although everyone drunk doesn't hit people. You don't have to support him because he did make a fool out of himself, but trashing him HERE doesn't look good for the rest of us. Admitting he was a fool, and should have known better, okay.
  8. 9. Although true as far as the third world mentality, most people here don't know Muay Thai. They act like they do, kicking all the time. Kicking in anything besides an actual fight is cowardly and weak. it's because they haven't the strength or skills in punching. Also, gang fighting is another reason. A gang that goes 5 against one are the same principle. They can't fight individually so have to use numbers. As far as the Marquess of Queensberry rules, they of course don't apply to a street fight or something like this. That's in a tournament, with gloves, rests and no wrestling, much like boxing. I'm not against Thais besides a few things, being formerly married to one, having a Thai girlfriend, and a half Thai child, but this is one of them. They could have killed that man, and for what?
  10. Fact remains, if that man, who was pretty heavy, put that weight behind the punch, which he didn't, the Thai would be knocked out cold, because he was a much smaller man. If he knew Muay Thai, which by his actions, shows he didn't, because of the wild kicking, and in the back, he may have been able to take the punch of a heavier man, at least one that didn't have power behind that punch. Someone who does bouncing, and he might have been there only one day, doesn't get into fights. If you are doing it for a living, you are hired because you can make claim to some skills, and be level headed, not causing the bar any possible lawsuits. Age, weight and size doesn't mean everything. Point is, that man made mistake hitting someone for whatever reason he had, unless it was to defend himself or his son, which wasn't the case, as it was just words first. The fight should have stopped the second that man hit the ground. The local stomped on his back, then kicked him again as he turned his body. That's overkill and cowardly. A Muay Thai fighter isn't a coward, knows how to fight, and usually doesn't pick fights or go about it like this one did. He was hired, probably by a friend or friend of the bar owner, because they needed a bouncer there. Not because he had bouncer credentials. This kind of "bouncer" gets people in real trouble. Money trouble or revenge trouble. If someone did that to someone in the US, he would be looking to get even, because people who kick people when they are down are cowards, and cowards always get theirs. This Brit made a mistake, but it's not good to trash other farangs because it makes all of us living here look bad.
  11. Exactly. It isn't supposed to escalate into a fight, and kicking like they did I've never seen back home in the US. It was always just grab, bring outside, and tell them to leave before things got worse. Even if they got hit, they weren't hitting back and instigating more, but diffusing the situation. It is hard holding back, but that's the job, and no one gets sued or goes to the hospital or dies.
  12. But how does one know if a marriage is successful without living with them 24/7? You don't, and neither does anyone else besides their counselor if they have one. Only a professional counselor that listens to both sides, AND if both sides are truthful, can know what's going on and if they can help. Having a big house, two cars, gold, clothes, kids in good schools, etc, doesn't mean people are really happy, nor does a fake smile. Just saying.
  13. I was involved in gyms as a trainer, 18 years, and was in my last gym for 5 years, where we had Taekwondo teachers(2), who had schooling there. I've been training over 50 years in gyms, many which had martial arts classes in them. I have known, and know, high ranked martial artists in most of the arts for most of those 50 years. Muay Thai is like many other arts, with the exception of fighting in the clinch, which is used in MMA now and has been used for centuries. A very good Taekwondo fighter can best a very good Muay Thai if he is a better fighter, and vice versa. Depends on the person. A smart Taekwondo fighter doesn't get into clinches where anyone can use their knees to kick, but in MMA it's anything you can do, so they're both aware. Again, I think you might be trying to bolster your responses with lies, and have never trained , especially with ex world champs. many here lie, especially in this country where it's considered okay. If you're living back in the US, as you've mentioned in other posts, you should know better, especially if you watch other martial arts sporting events. By the way, one of my teachers would probably put down almost all Muay Thai fighters he came up against, in his prime. he's probably 70 by now so retired. I don't say that mildly. He could kick a heavy bag being held by someone strong like me and send them across the room.
  14. He stomped on his back when he was on his face, then kicked him in the back when he turned.
  15. Anyone can kick a person when they are down, and in the head can cause much damage. Anyone can see other Muay Thais kick and try and copy it. I've trained Taekwondo and kickboxing and know how to kick. This isn't that.
  16. In the west, bouncers come in all sizes and shapes., and all skill sets. Muscle and strength can subdue others, which is a bouncers job. Martial arts, choke holds, defensive moves, are others. Guess you haven't spent enough time in various states and bars. Thais do not all know Muay Thai, just as all farangs aren't fat and slow, but they do know how to kick, and that's because they don't know how to fight. Kicking in a fight, where both are fighting, and fighting back, is a fight. Kicking someone when they are already down is a cowardly act, period, and is done by someone that does not know how to fight.
  17. Like I mentioned earlier, and some disagreed because they don't understand. A bouncers job is to subdue, not get into a fight with. These "bouncers" weren't skilled enough and used their egos instead of sense. They kicked him when he was down, which is common here, you see it daily on the news, and it shows they do not know how to fight and resort to cowardly kicking a man who obviously wasn't tough enough to fight back, and as stupid for hitting someone for just a few words said. he wasn't defending himself or son, but started the fight. I've seen countless fights in New Jersey, New York, Texas and other places where the bouncers did what they are supposed to do. Subdue, bring outside, and reason with the person. If that didn't work, you go back inside, leaving the man outside. If he tries to return inside, you do it again, then the police are called. Here, as it was already an outside bar, you walk that person away from the rest of the crowd, with help, and then try to reason. if he didn't understand the language, you back away. If he tries to hit you, you hit back, until subdued. If you're a bouncer, you're supposed to be able to subdue others, especially if you have help. Not to kick them when they are already down. People can be a problem, especially when they are big and drunk. That's why you hire someone qualified. Not just someone who is bigger than the average small Thai man, and think he can do the job. bars have been sued for exactly this kind of incident, and people have been killed. For a few words? And I'm not sure if it's be said before, but locals do read this forum, and every time a foreigner puts down another foreigner, it looks bad for ALL foreigners and they're thinking. If a foreigner can trash talk another, they think we're all bad, ignorant and only worth the money we spend here. Might want to wise up ,because we are already under the microscope here, and acting good is how they want to see us.
  18. That's true, but anyone can kick someone when they are down, and hard. That's a coward.
  19. I'm from the US, and have seen many fights in bars, including a lot where bouncers were involved, and my response was about those incidents. They might be lucky they are still alive, and that shows the mentality here, as well as other places. A slap doesn't warrant kicking while down, nor a death sentence. In a civilized area, if you go too far, you are the one who will pay. People shoot others who enter their homes in some places, and they go to prison. I don't have to google anything. I've lived 67 years and have seen it all in person.
  20. Only a coward kicks someone, besides actually in the fight and standing, and especially when they are down. You kick someone in the head, and they can die, as has happened many times, then you are up for manslaughter charges, if there are credible witnesses and a non corrupt police force and court system. A fine is always the better punishment. People don't like losing money, and it does teach some a lesson. Here, a fine of 10K, maybe a few days in jail, would tell them they did wrong. It may not always work, as drunks , especially those that get violent, are hard to change. In that case, like traffic offenses that are repeated, the fine increases, along with the jail time.
  21. Being a bouncer doesn't mean you are a stupid person. The man hit the bouncer first, and he deserved a return punch, then to be subdued by the bouncer and his colleagues. Not to be kicked in the head like this. That's a common thing here, as most don't have a clue how to fight and have to kick, flail with their punches and have more than 2 helpers doing the same thing. Hire someone who actually knows what being a bouncer means. That kind of behavior brings revenge when you least expect it, and sometimes deadly., to the bouncer and or the bar owners. Remember Roadhouse? Subdue, bring outside, and reason with them. if they won't reason, call the police and bring (the usually intoxicated) person to jail. He sobers up, and thinks about what he did, knowing he was wrong (maybe) and revenge usually isn't planned.
  22. Abuse towards animals graduates towards abuse to humans. Most serial killers get their start this way. Lack of respect for life, and that child is seeing this also.
  23. When a parent isn't available or doesn't teach their children respect for others, animals, elders, friends, other races and creeds, and the environment, this is a breakdown of the family unit, because if you're going to have children, those are your responsibilities. If a parent doesn't care, abuses and or neglects their child, that child grows to be a narcissist, and a narcissist is a person that doesn't care about anyone besides themselves, if they even do that, and that lack of caring leads to more problems in relationships, where people, along with the angry narcissist, get angry themselves, and sometimes pass that feeling to others, especially their own children. That lack of respect for everyone and everything IS the reason the world is, and has been, going down all along. Where do you think a human traffickers lost his respect for other humans? Why do wars start? Why would someone dump waste into the sea? What causes global warming? A lack of care for everything around them. And I've been divorced more than twice, so I'm not living the perfect marriage. I have a nice girlfriend now that has been damaged by narcissists also, and her fear and anxiety have hurt her all of her life. I'm an empath, if you know what that is, and I care about others, especially those close to me, and treat them with respect and love, and also discipline, as far as my children. That's love. People that don't care for others and treat them with disrespect have no place on earth. Might be hard for a narcissist to understand that, but that's exactly my point. They came from a bad place, and continued that behavior later in life. Every single person that does something intentionally to hurt others is a narcissist, including corporations lead by them, politicians whose only agenda is power, Catholic priests who molest boys, human traffickers who look at people as slaves, and parents who don't care enough about their children to teach them life skills. And by the way, I'm not putting people down who want hookers. It's when they cheat on their significant other and think it's okay that offends me, along with purchasing little girls and boys who have either been forced into slavery or pushed by scumbag parents, when it was that parents job to protect them.
  24. Wondering why western women are always getting this attitude, when many are good and loving wives. It's usually that the husband forgets what she was when he met her and doesn't treat her with the same respect when they were dating. Thai women aren't noted for being any better wives than western ones are, and the greed here is way higher than more independent westerners. As far as giving luvin', that depends on how you treat her, especially if you learn to be a good listener. Money can buy sex with some, but it won't work with western women. And when you buy sex, that's usually all you'll get.
