Seriously? A hot drink is "Hot" as in "not iced", not hot as in "exactly the temperature you want it".
Unless the OP went to a coffee shop that listed there types of coffee (iced/warm/hot)...
What the Shakin' Stevens does that mean. Hot or not hot, tepid, not iced. Jeez.

Then you have to wait 5 minutes to drink it. Do that 1000 times you waste 5000 minutes of your life waiting.
LOL, bignok.
Ask for a splash of cold milk.

As an aside, and not wishing to start separate topic, my wife informed me today that her aunt (not the boy's mother) asked her to countersign a military guarantor document on behalf of her cousin who's soon to join the Thai army, although not sure whether conscripted or voluntary, but she declined to sign because a) she's no idea what she's guaranteeing; and b) she spends most of her time in the UK as a British citizen.
I'm glad my wife had her wits about her today. The boy's mother is dead but his father is still alive and feel like my wife's aunt tried to bully her into being a guarantor. We're not angry, but we're not stupid.
Anyone heard of this guarantee and what it entails? Surely, there's some form of financial guarantee involved, otherwise it would be pointless.

Sorry for posting my opinion with how silly it is...... Do note, when I'm on the ski slopes I don't eat ice cream..... <just say'n>
But people have their own requirements, irrespective of yours.

That's not the point. If the OP orders a hot drink, then hot drink it is.

Until the driving test is the equal of the UK test (and others) then no point.
Once that's sorted, then concentrate on law enforcement.

Indeed, but if you prefer a lukewarm coffee then you allow it to cool. But a tepid coffee isn't going to warm itself up.

Mine was in Den Haag.
My wife and I spent three days in Den Haag (aka The Hague) late last year and really enjoyed our stay.
The beach and promenade are equally impressive. We'll definitely return.

Germany last again
And contributing money from forced broadcast fees per household.
Abolish ASAP.
UK second last. ????
Does Germany have the equivalent of the UK TV licence?
If one watched Eurovision live in the UK, then legally they require a TV licence. We unsubscribed from the TV licence about four years ago and never looked back.

What part do you not understand Torturedsole? Punch a Thai with Thais nearby and you will be set upon like a pack of wild dogs. The Brits were wise to do a runner. Already you can see the pack trying to pull them from their bikes and most of us that have been in Thailand many times would know what the outcome would be.
Have a good day.

The pack Animals would have surrounded the brits and severely beaten them with any objects at hand. Comprende.
The point that you're trying to make doesn't make sense within the context of my original post.

Er, not officially anywhere, you can't.

I smoked a joint last week at the DMK Terminal 2 smoking area and didn't attract any attention, whatsoever. Obviously, I didn't pull out a 12" reefer and wave it about (it was only slightly longer than a cigarette) but there's obviously no hiding the smell and plenty of airport workers were there as well. All was fine.
What I personally wouldn't do, for example, is smoke weed walking along Sukhumvit and if I did need a smoke, then I'd find somewhere to stand away from the pavement and where there's little chance of the BiB jumping out from behind a lamppost. ????
I know, but doesn't stop me trying. ????

Agreed but doesn't really add anything to the turn of events.
Unless there's definitive evidence that Ben was lured into a honeytrap by Pong, then it's all guesswork.

My brain doesn't understand the American way, so excuse me.
But I regularly read that many Americans 'carry' and the reason that they're armed is that they're ready to counter a possible shooter.
It's very rare that a carrier fells a shooter, although appreciate there was a recent instance of a carrier taking out a shooter, but it's very rare.

Praise be a potential convert, brother (and nothing to lose).
Thai FiL isn't in best of shape and experienced some form of stroke a couple of years ago and giving him a few drops of CBD oil (isolate) every day is showing results, alleviating his obvious discomfort and tics. He can't tell us this as he's blind and laid out but we can see with our own eyes that he's more comfortable with the oil, than without.
It's pretty amazing.

Another coffee shop near my hotel bites the dust.

I define hot by dipping my right index finger in the coffee. If I have to remove it in less than 0.5 of a second, then it's hot enough.
