From my experience in the past, if you have returned the product through the official procedure and the seller hasn't responded after the 5 day period then Lazada should refund you directly and deal with the seller themselves.

I am aware of that, my suspicion is though that he will wait till the last minute to reject the return.

There is a reason why he lied about the delivery, when there is plenty of evidence that shows he signed for the acceptance.

  2. I know I can communicate with Lazada, and I have been doing that extensively through live chat and email. The purpose of my thread was actually, what are my legal options in worst case scenario that a refund is rejected.

From the picture I posted, it is obvious that it was transported in the wrong way. Every transporter should know that it only can be transported in upright position. Even flat on the load floor will damage.

In this case it was transported laying sideways, with no support at all under the panel.

By the way, when FlashExpress came to pick up the return, it was transported similar.

  3. Last week I order a 65" LG TV from Lazada. When the item arrives, the panel is cracked. I contact the seller he and he tells me to open a return request, which I complete, and the item is sent back.

Until that point the seller is very accommodating.

On Saturday at 10am the Lazada system shows that the returned item has been delivered at the sellers address.

I contact the seller and he claims he didn't receive anything, and he also says the same to Lazada at 5pm that day.

Not only the Lazada system shows it is delivered, also the FlashExpress tracking confirms this, and in addition it shows the 2 calls to the sellers phone number that have been established shortly before the delivery, and his signature.

Seller is obviously lying, and trying to gain time. During my chats with him, it's obvious that every 3 words he types, contain 4 lies.

Of course the Lazada system allows the seller 5 days to review the returned item, but since he is plain lying through his teeth, I expect that at the end of that 5 day period he will reject the claim.

I can then of course open a dispute with Lazada, but since the damage has happened during transport, which makes Lazada responsible for it, they will most likely side with the seller.

I have also told Lazada that I suspect that the item was damaged before it was sent to me, which I think might have been a mistake.

So I'm now looking for advice on how to handle this claim, in case this escalates.

Would you like me tomove this out of Thai language in to another forum now for discussion/advice from others ?

You can do, that saves me starting another thread, but it is important to me what exactly Lazada advised him, because they have obviously the same tracking info as me.

I know in Thai language 1 word can have different meanings.

So if everything points to an effective delivery, why they advise him to reject the return?

  6. Yes it is about a return which has been delivered, but the seller denies he received the item.

    The Lazada system shows delivered.

The Flash express tracking shows delivered, including phone conversations to the sellers number, and his signature.

The screenshot I received from the seller, which was a chat between him and Lazada, and he says they advised him to reject the return.

NOW TV is maybe your best bet, but its expensive and you need a good VPN.  39.99 pounds per month for a full service or 9.99 pounds for a one day pass. I pay the one day pass to get Sky F1 coverage. Frankly, there is absolutely nothing on UK TV, bar F1, that I want to watch.

So at least 2 races a month that is 20 pounds to watch 2 races, while for considerably less you could have all UK and other countries for a full month, and no vpn needed.

No, not 6 million doses prepared for the rollout.  Wrong.  3.5 million.  Another misleading headline.  The rest of the 6 million don't arrive until sometime later in the month--if then.

Yes and I assume that since we aren't first half of the month yet, the words "expects to have" should be added to that 3.5 million

The water heaters and the maid quarters are in the top box also?  You don't suspect either of those causing the RCD trip?

No because the breakers from the water heaters are open, the respective aircons are not running, and the maids quarters have never been occupied lol

    Sounds like the best option.

Don't forget to meove the relevant neutral(s) to before the RCD too.

That was supposed to be my next question.

How do I find which are the relevant neutrals?

OK, are there any "risky" (water heaters, outside outlets etc.) circuits in the top box?

If not just replace the RCD with a regular MCB, the pool stuff is still protected by it's local RCBO.

You could shuffle the top box to put the RCD half way along making a split box one side with no RCD.

The same circuit feeds 2 aircons, 2 water heaters and the maids quarters.

Moving the pump house breakers to the left, before the RCD, may be an option

Alternatively, could you move the freezer to feed from before either of the RCDs?

That would be even more complicated. I have 3 breaker boxes on top of each other, each with their own RCD.

The pump house and the kitchen sockets are in the top one, and there I have space for 3 more breakers.

So I would have to move the kitchen sockets to a lower box, but they have their rails completely full.

Is it possible to move the pump house so that it's not fed from the house RCBO? It will still be protected but it won't be taking out the freezer.

I think that would be a difficult job, because the 2 breakers that feed the pump house are almost next to the RCD.

If I want to do that, I assume I will have to move them to the end of the circuit, so that I can give them their own feed, but I guess that may create issues with the length of the wires, and that would be a job for a qualified electrician.

Where is the RCD that trips and what setting?  A trip once in a couple months is not likely easy to sleuth.  First guess would be effects from humidity.

The one that trips is in the main breaker box in the house, and is 63A ABB RCD with a 30mA sensitivity

    They are separate wine shops.

Drove past Aroi yesterday looks shut

If you say so, they probably built a new shop then closed it 3 days later.

Ben and I need your help.
We have found a new location in Jontiem to open our second wine shop.
Additionally, we are supplying great food, supplied local as well as imported.
Our wines are always competitively priced, starting from 285 Baht a bottle.
For those discerning customers, we will be selling a box of caviar under 1000 Baht.
But what should we call our new shop?
  16. Every now and then, like once every one or two months, I wake up to tripped RCD.

It is the circuit that has the pool pumps and the irrigation pumps on it, but also the kitchen sockets.

I don't know the exact time that it trips, but going by the temperature the freezer has at the time I wake up, I suspect it trips when the pool pump starts.

The strange thing is that there is also a safe-T-cut RCBO in the pool pump house, but that one doesn't trip.

The safe-t-cut RCBO in the pump house is adjustable from 6 to 30, and is set at the 30. If I move to a lower setting, it may trip.

Any idea what I'm looking at?
