  1. That's what i thought until i tried the on in Pattaya - rubbish. Best burger for me is Prime Burger on Bokhaow ( great owner too ), Jim's Burger is normally good too.
  2. From what i understand UK authorites will only accept UK / Europe or US vaccinations. Depends where you're applying for CoE from ( UK Thai Embassy for example ) or whether Thai embassies follow this also?
  3. My personal opinion on this is that the Thai authorities won't be as strict on visa's going forward similar to like it was back in the day when you could come into the country ( with certain passports ) and get stamped for 28 days without limits on number of times or days in country. I'd be surprised if they start clamping down again......but stranger things have happened!
  4. I would say with that badge international travel should be pretty straight forward, sure you'll be waved straight through the immigration people.
  5. Is there a anywhere to find a red list of countries that are not allowed to do the Phuket Sandbox. I'm double vaxxed with a British passport but coming from an Africa country. Thanks.
  6. Incorrect I applied in Abuja in Nigeria while working in Ghana, i'm not a resident or citizen of either of those countries. BTW i'm only talking about getting CoE not visa.
  7. I've applied at where i've been told to. To suggest to try somewhere eles is silly.
  8. I've applied at countries where i am not citizen, resident or even in, no problem at all. If the country you're in do not have an embassy then you're directed to the closest one, where i've just e-mail directly, no online application.
  9. Yes, 3 times. I have Regency international, they provide a separate cert that states the Covid coverage. I'm sure if you request, they will provide.
  10. Says he that keeps going on about 'banging' and going to Cambodia coz you can save 10 baht - lol Quality - i needed a good laugh, thanks.
  11. I agree it is great to have options. I have 3 properties in Thailand thank you very much, one at a beach resort town, one in northern thailand and house in central thailand, is that ok? I also have property in my home country, is that ok too? Hope you approve.
  12. As mentioned no one if forcing you to come. If you can't comply with the requirements don't come. Some people will always look at the negative. Stay in Blighty......enjoy the winter......
  13. You should never answer a question with another question.
  14. Agreed. It all depends on individual expectations. If happy for a quiet beach holiday - perfect. If coming for a short trip - not worth it. If coming looking for boogie woogy - not worth it.
  15. 3 - hotel booking confirmation 4 - PCR test 5 - insurance Not really much more is it?
  16. You do realise there's other places in thailand that have hardly been affected by any of this nonsense, right?
