To prove something is right you will also have 90% people who will consider you as dumb, look at all scientists that people claimed there are crazy same you clamim anti vaxxers are dumb, they said for Nikola Tesla he was insane person, actually without minority of so called DUMB people we wouldnt have anything today what we use. Is more important to have 0 cases in 35 consecutive days than highest unemployment in 20 years, that means that unemployment is even higher than post 1997 era...

Many people who wanted go back to their countries could go they cannot say they couldnt i was just watching yesterday in Germany people started receiving bills from government which helped them return to Germany, from Asia it was 600-700 euro and from NZ and Australia 1000 euro...while people who want visit their families they cannot come others abusing system and after when there will be only one extension of 30 days from 31 st july people will start to rush on airports home.

Its easy to say for rich asses trying to survive at all costs no matter how many people standing in line for food, without jobs, unpaid debt which interests are raising every month...its impossible to keep country shutdown for so long and THE second wave will come with or without tourists that is a reality, look at China they didnt had cases for 2 or 3 months (if we are ready to believed so) but yet again outbreak happened in Beijing and full lockdown of the city happened. What they claimed? Ofcourse they blamed Norwegian salmon, Thais will also blame foreigners even if the case is not from foreigners and could be from Thai. 

I guess it have something to do with visa amnesty given until end of july and flights resume after that day... They planned to do like this with or without more cases. The question is what will happen if 10 cases appear? 

It might be connected with overcrowded prisons, and they expecting more civil unrest in next few months because of bad economic situatuin, so they will send bad guys out for they can have space for things that i am sure are coming... Who will survive on 5000 thb, millions out of work, Junta targeting wealthy tourists and ruining economy even more while they are filling their offshore accounts... Welcome to Thailand 2020 the prosperous country, same as PM said Thailand 2015-2020 global force....all i see what happened is massive influx of Chinese and more unemployed people. Thats is his achievements in 5 years.

What about all prople who get money from tourism, especialy lower class, how will Thailand take care of them? Street food vendors, pub owners, restaurant owners, and many other people who are deeply reliable from mass tourism sector, you cant just say 9.82% and i was right. Need to look outside of the box not just the numbers. How will thai government take care of those people with 5000 baht monthly cash handouts?

Definetely i agree with you...i dont think wealthy rich foreigner will walk into street markets, have some street foods instead they will walk into expensive restaurants, so if they are targeting wealthy is obvious that they dont care about how poor people will survive, is obvious also that billionares in Thailand have much more influence than i thought, fee weeks prior to this topic on TVF i saw a post from a richest man in Thai the CP guy said that he suggest and he think it would be best for Thailand that only wealthy tourist visit, the second thing luxury 14 days quarantine rooms have been made... Well good luck Thailand let rich people fill pockets more than ever while poor in Thailand will become more poor.

No domestic case for 23 days we didnt had domestic case for 28 days as soon as borders opened woth Austria, Croatia, Italy and Hungary cases started to rise not too much but yet... So i dont understand what is the plan of Thailand...lock the country down forever? And look at the China they had 200 up cases in Beijing... I mean everyone who can lock down country can have 0 cases but you cant lock it forever is because Economy suffer

I dont want say much but 2 euro for a beer in Supermarket maybe for UK guy is cheap, comparing to other European countries where standard is higher... In Thailand i wouldnt consider beer is cheap, for example in my cou try you can get many range beers for to max 1.30 including Heineken 0.5 l the standard is same as in the Europe if you want to live as normal human being salaries arent.

I really dont understand why all hassle about what Thais think... Why i should worry? For you i really dont know but for me even if they open border tomorrow why i want to spend 14 days in quarantine and be treated like "only for thais" until they beg come back i can go somewhere in Europe this summer, they will change their mind i dont worry about that... Well for thos who have families i understand but for others who are thinking that full go-go bars and old way of life is coming back soon forget about it, spend your time elswheere until they show more respect and if they like their Chinese brothers more so be it... Thailand rolling out the red carpet to China is the ultimate slap in the face to the world. 

Nobody trusts China anymore except Thailand, meaning "easily" located isnt meant for millions of Chinese who will rush to spread virus, but for dirty foreigners who smell bad and dont wear masks... Because even this year i dont believe many us from Western coutries will come to Thailand yet that minority will be blamed for all cases or so called 2nd wave while Chinese as always will be blamed for anything, China had many of similar outbreaks of Lies including that they ve tested 10 million people in one week in Wuhan with 0 cases positive i mean who believes that? Its obvious who....

The ever weakening USD is a concern when it comes to Baht strength, people have been dumping the Dollar which is causing it to weaken. The main reasons for that fall are the riots, and the high level of borrowings, as a result THB looks like a very sound and stable currency since government debt is below 42% of GDP. 

 

 

It is below 42% of GDP but how much government do for Health, safety of their citizens, how much the kids get actually from government until they are 18 and they start to find a job? It might 42% yes but 2 plus million more unemployed, the tourism in point of no return, people waiting in lines around the country for grab food... It isnt just about 42% of the debt but what country do for its citizens.  The second thing inforgot to mention Thailand households debt to gdp ratio is at stunning 70% so that 42% isnt actually the percentage which should be mentioned... 

Thank you PM you are doing great job, while most effected countries are starting to running Economies and Tourism you are going to opposite direction, what actually does mean countries which have Epidemic under control is it 25 cases per 100.000 or maybe 1000 infected...i mean who will go for holidays under those conditions? You are just waiting for China to declare end of Epidemic and then you will open borders lets them rush in... In those you call special conditions, i really dont believe Chinese tourist groups will go to Quarantine for 14 days nobody will.
