Actually all Vaccine producers claimed 95-98% efficiency after a month ago when problems started with AZ , the compqny reduced from staggering 78 to 76 percent efficiency in the end it will fall dowb to 50 percent as flu vaccine for H1N1 and other known seasonal flu, in few years a body will already develop antibodies so nobody will take that <deleted> anymore, but i am sure that side effects from Vaccine will become mich bigger problem than this virus. Will i take Vaccine? No.

You can never rely on Booking numbers, for example i watched yesterday on tv that Danish or Swedish tourist agency had 2000+ reservation for bubble island Rhodos in Greece , in the end only 200 people will really go there....

I've lived and worked, and now retired, in Thailand for over 30 years, and brought up a large Thai/Farang family. My children all born here at wonderful Thai hospitals, fully paid by yours truly.. I have also been hospitalized for a serious kidney operation, cancer, and heart attack.. again fully paid for by myself.

Anytime I or my family needed to see a doctor, or have some checkups at the hospital, I was asked for my credit card to update details, before seeing the doctor.. 

If you can't pay, they don't treat you.. this is my experience..  pay up front..

if this money go to hospitals i appreciate but the corruption is just too big for 10 percent of this money will go in place as they say.

Maybe they will add only those who received Sinovac can enter the LOS to support their beloved Chinese brothers.

What about Covid-19 insurance? As far as i know when a Thai travel abroad as a tourist its around 4500 baht insurance for 3 months for Schengen area, now the "tourist" must pay 300 thb for every entry for other people who allegedly got treatment and escape, good way to boost already ruined tourism. Where the money will go its obvious, definetely the big chunk of that money will never see hospital.

It seems that someone stopped (forgot?!) paying...if salary would come, everything would run smoothly...

Its really funny how new strain came in same time as most countries started to vaccine the people, all i see is they will say in May we managed to beat Covid-19 than, in october new strain will arrive, neverending story and is obvious that many things does not fit in their story.

When people would read what Vaccine is, they would understand this decision, bein Vaccinated doesnt mean you cant get Covid-19 anymore, it will just trigger our immune system to fight against it, on the older population and those with hard chronical diseases will lower the complications, there will be deaths even after Vaccine considering we as humanity are step behind the Virus as you can se we managed to make Vaccine for certain Covid-19 strains however there is already new strain circulating amongst people before they Vaccinate 60 percent of population for old strain the new will be in full swing. Even 28.000 THB for ASQ hotel and 25k (365 days)for insurance seems alot, at least those who are crying they cannot see their families its open borders and they are able to see them,  also retirees are able to go back as for tourism yes its a bit expensive process but yet who really wants to go will go. 

Ofcourse as usual for everythng bad happens in Thailand just blame it to the foreigners. Anyway the way i see it the stage is preparing for mass Vaccination in next few months , in Europe they are already saying the big spooky third wave is on the horizon while they ordered massive amounts of vaccines just days before this news emerged, just use common sense, its not a secret that while most companies will probably go bankrupt in next year, Pharmacy industry will make 50 billion dollars of profit (just in USA) if you know how to connect dots you dont have to be Einstein to see clear picture.

I m not retiree, but finally i can go back to Thailand, planning for March 22nd. FINALLY ????

Probably they count also "tourists" from Bangkok going to visiting their families.

Well lets hope other countries will follow in opposite reaction, so we will see where Thais will be able to go except to China and North Korea. I really dont believe those rules will be long on power, they just want to squeze as much money as they can in this Pandemic for they cover their losses, i dont think this will work. If someone have 500k for 6 months in a bank account it doesnt mean he will spend those 500k in Thailand or they think that? Same they claimed every chinese will spend 400k ???????????? what a joke. 

I guess this is the end of mass tourism, probably the Chinese will take control with their devices on the market, also alot of spying will be involved, a lot of westerners will not want to be part of this agenda. I guess those first tourists didnt got the package of their new fresh GPS wristbands. I m just waiting for they will put wristbands for all of us who didnt even leave Thailand during pandemic.

Is this the same WHO that cooperated with China and allowed the Virus went globally? If it is than this information for me have no credibility.

I think the real reason is Thai elite with their Chinese brothers wants to drive down the prices of real estate market, than buy it for half price as now, when they manage to do it in a year or two they will allow foreigners back into Thailand and they can purchase the same condo for 2x higher prices. Only now it shows how unsafe was Thailand in last 6 years and theyve lied about it.

Yep and price will go definetely down so probably person who purchase condo will lose some amount of money before can even sell it, after in 5 years you can pick up peanuts and go back to home country. Welcome to LOS

People should realise that PM and the "team" will do everything to squeze as much money as they can from foreigners, and it is the shame for set such rules that people who lived past 5,10,15,20 years invested in Thailand, purchased condos, built big houses all over rural areas of Thailand are now worth 0. They know foreigners who are outside of Thailand will have to pump money inside for their spuses, kids and all sort of it, and they showed in many cases that they dont want us here they just want money this Covid-19 is perfect oportunity to keep most of foreigners out while still keep fluctating money inside the country. What happened now because Covid-19 was planned long time ago but they just fast forwarded it they already started with 400-800k requirements and keep it in bank for 8 months than they introduced Elite visas for 5,10, 20 years, in the next few years all of this what are they proposing now would happen even without Covid-19. They dont want us here so sooner people realise it it will better for them. 

After the people who owns condos already need to put 3 million baht in Thai bank to even get STV what are they thinking? I m glad that those overpriced 30sqm condos will fall in prices because prices were ridicolous. Thai government are sure obviously people will rush to splash millions into Thailand, and also as extra you will get GPS wrist, and try to isolate you from Thai people. Yes we re all happy to grab it.
