Looks like I am moving to Pattaya July/Aug for work. Work will be near Phonthep 2 village. I've been recommended to look at condos like cc 1 near Soi Siam Country Club but would value any thoughts.
Theres just me though I foresee a few family and friends visiting as time goes by. Should I look further afield or would I end up spending a fortune in taxi fees from Jomtien or such like?
Would I be better looking at a small house in the village perhaps?
Any thoughts welcome and sorry to be vague as this has come out of the blue.
