  1. Face, secondary only to personal enrichment are the all conquering reason Thailand will remain so divided and broken The very fact he mentions 'face' is absolutely telling and the one thing we do know of Thais in power is if they mention something expect the opposite to be nearer the truth...
  2. Not quite sure national is the right word but it is definitely in the interest of some but certainly not most....
  3. Well he should know he seems to be an expert on 'very stupid' and demonstrates his stupidity on a daily basis...
  4. Absolutely <deleted> groundbreaking!!! These people are a complete and utter shambles their complete and utter ineptitude is mind boggling, they are an absolute blight on their countrymen and responsibility for the shambles goes all the way to the top...
  5. 7 days to think up an excuse, there is good money to be made for the person who writes a good excuse book to be kept next to RTP Sop's...
  6. In layman's terms there is no option of graft or personal financial enrichment, no way for corruption to flourish, on the point of selection why would that matter as they have clearly chosen the least effective vaccine already but managed to get them for a higher price They wonder why the neighbours call it Lieland...
  7. They have developed absolutely nothing, they have copied off others and grasped at straws due to the glut of overpriced Chinese vaccine and the failed AZ experiment to profit from covid thus making certain individual's even richer...
  8. Basically the health of the serf's is second fiddle to the Hi-So's lucrative relationship with the motherland...

  12. Surely you misunderstand the complexities after all Thailand will soon be one of the regional submarine fleets and along with her carrier capability they will be feared and respected in equal measure by all their neighbours... Warning may contain traces of sarcasm...
  13. I have a feeling the printing presses wont be overly exerted with this and it will be easy enough for TaT and the embassy to have a 1 to 1 chat with the 16 people planning to take the gamble....
  14. Yes most peculiar isn't it... We all know the me first attitude afflicts very many Thai's to the exclusion of all else but that should have been picked up and acted on by their leaders In a functioning democracy most would happily look after their vulnerable clearly that has not happened and it is purely down to this group of dimwits in charge at the moment The sheer hypocrisy of Prayut and co in putting themselves to the front of the queue is nauseating in fact wasn't the great leader and his health minster amongst the first to be vaccinated They're a disgrace and a constant reminder of why the cycle of coups must be broken and these lot hung from the lamppost's as an example to any future usurper's, won't hold my breath...
  15. Are his lips moving again? Hot air, deflection and more outright lies business as normal...
  16. No split personality from me I believe you and likeminded folk have stood by and by your support made this happen, many may get a criminal record from this and I reckon they will wear it like a medal I don't have an issue with people getting a criminal record but the flip flop of it's a crime, no it's not a crime is a symptom of this lot...

  19. My last word on it as I think I am flogging a dead horse and that is a waste of time and effort: Macron and Merkel slammed for 'game of politics' over AstraZeneca ban | Politics | News | Express.co.uk Virologist Dr Smith has weighed into the debate over whether there was scientific merit it pulling support for the Astrazeneca drug. He told Channel 5's Jeremy Vine programme on Tuesday: "The good science or not good science that did not stop Emmanuel Macron taking to the international stage and declaring that this vaccine is quasi ineffective in the over 65s. "It didn't stop Angela Merkel standing up when asked will you have this vaccine and instead of holding out her arm, giving a politicians answer and saying I am too old for this vaccine. "So I am afraid this has become more a game of politics than a game of science that is clear."
  20. Why? when is a crime not a crime... I happen to agree there are loads of stupid laws but nevertheless if you are convicted or doing something criminal even if it is a stupid law then you have still made a decision to break that law
  21. EU leaders turn on each other in AstraZeneca Covid vaccine row (msn.com) Yep some really short memories, from the link: The European Commission's rare rebuke of member states came after 17 countries including Germany, France, Italy and Spain halted the rollout of the Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccine until the EU's medicines regulator completes an investigation. On Tuesday, however, the European Medicines Agency (EMA) said there was "no indication" that the suspended AstraZeneca vaccine caused fatal blood clots. It will give the result of its investigation on Thursday. While new figures from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) showed the success of the UK's vaccination programme – with three quarters of over-80s and one in three overall now testing positive for antibodies against Covid – the French prime minister and Germany's national disease centre warned of a third wave. Macron claims AstraZeneca vaccine is 'almost ineffective' on over-65s (msn.com) from the link: France's president Emmanuel Macron has astonishingly claimed the AstraZeneca vaccine is 'almost ineffective' on people who are over 65 years of age. Macron made the explosive comments despite the EU giving the AstraZeneca vaccine full approval to be rolled out to its member states on Friday. His comments came as the EU's vaccine war entered a dangerous new phase on Friday as the bloc introduced rules that will allow it to block life-saving jabs getting to Britain, while European politicians accused the UK of 'hijacking' doses. Coronavirus: What's behind France's AstraZeneca turnaround? - BBC News EU on brink as Ireland urges Emmanuel Macron and Angela Merkel to give up extra Covid jabs | World | News | Express.co.uk Even Tony Bliar can see it: Tony Blair blasts 'foolish' EU and 'incorrect' Macron over Covid vaccines row - Mirror Online And finally: Macron and Merkel slammed for 'game of politics' over AstraZeneca ban | Politics | News | Express.co.uk
  22. Up to you I just wish you would make your mind up! as already stated Macron and Merkel's games against AZ needed the EMA and others to step in to clear stuff up By that stage the damage was done and by their petty games they undoubtedly cost lives due to pushing the agenda that AZ was unsafe all stuff that has since been proven wrong
