With the new censorship law (fake news law), I get a little worried to use social platforms and blogs etc.

I am not a computerexpert, and have not used VPN before, will the IP address be 100 % secured and unvissible to  people/administrations who want to find out more about me ?

Not because I want to write fake news, but I am worried how the lawmakers will define and use the new law.

I think it is natural as an expat, from the west, from another culture with free speech and a high level of transparency, to get surprised over what is going on, but I dont want to get in trouble because of that.

As long, they do not speed up the vaxs, it will only become more and more bad all over the country.

The Delta variant seems to take over every where, very dangerous situation.

They could have vaccinated the returning people before they come home, to control the situation, but........

Now the Covid situation is becomming more and more chaotic and out of control.

Now it is up to often un educated village volunteers, to take care of the covid in the villages and they have not much to work with, no wax, bad eqiupment if they have anything at all, no money, bad informations..........

Good to see some wax offers also for expats.

Be aware, the wax offer is only for forreigners living in Bangkok and surrounding provinces.

Some of us, living up in the midle of no where, still had to wait, ok we have a lower risk and can wait, just would be nice to be able to make an serious registration. Some of the provinces even dont know how to registrate farrangs for wax

Why keep these people here, let them go home,

No fun to sit here under prison like conditions.

The only thing they have done is to go for a relaxing time to Phuket, what they get ? 2 weeks in the monkey house.

Phuket sandbox should remember to write what risk forreigners is taking, when they are comming to Phuket sandbox.

There is to much flip flop at the top in the country. We must find out by ourselves what is up and down in this mess.

To me it looks like there will arrive moderna shots at october to the private hospitals for payment, maybe more later. It seems this is already sold out, but we all had the chance to order it. Until now this has being the most reliable vax offer to farrangs in the country, if you do not have work permit or housebook.

I choose to be positive for the Moderne shots in october and will not be so negative as you, but time will show who is right or wrong.

At Lana you registrate with a Line account and only one person to one account/phonenr.

I was registrating and paying for me with an android phone without any problems. For my thai wife I had registred on an Iphone but could not make the payment, I was trying a lot on the Iphone without any luck, then I installed Line on the PC and using the account nr for the Iphone and then I could make the payment with card on the PC.

There is some technical problems with using some phones it seems.

For gods sake keep the registration at Lana.

Hope you find a way to make the payment.

Is Phuket free of Covid ?

Is the population on Phuket vaccinated with chinese wax which do not give high protection against covid ?

I was making a registration for Moderna vax at a private hospitals group (THG) on Line, on my phone, some days ago, seems to be registrated well. Yesterday we should be able to pay, they told.

I was trying and trying to come to the payment place without any luck. Today I maked the line app on my pc, then I could finish the payment without any problems.

It seems that iphones or elder Iphones is not full supported, I have an old 5S Iphone.

Just to inform and help if others have the same problem.

I think its the same with all the courier companies. We often send fruit etc from north to Bangkok always 3+ days, it does not work with courier.

We are now using the buslines, here we can be sure the stuff will arrive some hours later, but only to the bus terminals, the stuff must be picked up at the terminal.

Make of that what you will, I was there today for my annual Flu shot and this Dr is well regarded within the community so with her position being high within the hospital, e.g. head of a department, she would know what's going on as far as I am concerned, so maybe keep up what you have been doing for the past few months, and hold out till the end of the year or sooner of this comedy cappers of a government changes it's stance which I doubt.

My idea of bringing my posts, was to show there is another way to get registrated, if people do not get the pink card.  Good to get registred, then we show the problem, only  time can show when or if we will get it and under what conditions. But it looks dirty, what the government is speaking to day, but that can change tomorrow. Lets try to be optimistic even it is difficult ????

primary care center is the correct name, and in thai anumai thanks to another poster. They are all over Thailand, in every subdistrict I think.
