  1. I had a friend who has sadly passed who ran a successful marriage agency in Udon Thani for 25 years. He told me that the most successful matches he made that had strong marriages were the ones with a 22-25 year age gap.

That doesn´t mean other age gaps don´t work as it depends on the 2 people, but pitch in that range and you will probably find the right kind of compatibility.

Why even bother having a vote? Merely to give the appearance  of a democracy???

If they make it look like its a democracy then the people won't rise up.

Putin gets voted in as do other dictators. The vote is rigged there but here the parliament structure is rigged. It was obvious that Hegemony is at the centre of this.

Either way it´s a democracy by name only. The elections could only have 1 result and it won´t be a change of control of the government and never will be.

So just get on with it as it never going to change without a revolution and most people can´t be assed to wave a pitchfork.

  3. Every family is different. My wife's have never asked for money. If they pressured her to pressure me I said no. Mainly because it´s a money pit.

The way we solved it is my wife took a job and I continued to pay for everything as before. She keeps her money and sends some to her family, she put some on one side to buy a house in Thailand too. There is no impact on me and she kept the family happy.

You should expect this pressure from her family and buying a house seems to be a part of it.  So try to work out a plan that works for you both.

One where you are not out of pocket and her family are happy.

Looks like some dodgy magazine that runs conferences and scams the attendees.

The comments in the thread below the article makes AN look tame. Subscriptions that cannot be cancelled, FREE seminars that force you pay at the end, biased articles and sales promotion of way over priced services.

No wonder Thailand came in their top ten. Sounds like a match made in heaven.

I enjoy the company of a woman for dinner and always happily pay for our meals.  Dinner usually turns into a walk around the night market, a park, etc....  I genuinely enjoy the dinner dates with each woman.  I would like to continue to take them out to dinner.   However, I definitely DO NOT consider them “girlfriends” right away as they seem to want, imply, and act.  I want to handle the situation in a dignified manner that does not unnecessarily hurt anyone’s feeling.

Tell them you are James Bond..

He´s about the only guy I know who can get away with that...

  6. What a group of numpties. Anyone with an ounce of tech knowledge would know what not to do when running a highly illegal business redistributing live streaming DRM protected content. This is how they got caught.

That´s like hiding your Man Cave porn stash in a top secret location in a hidden cellar beneath your garage, behind a secret door inside an alarmed bank level safe with a time-locked encrypted 10 digit biometric PIN CODE, only for your wife to find a disk left in the Blu ray player.
