    They should put warning labels on foods with high salt, excessive calories, sugar and/or trans fats. Dead nuts simple.

    I'm still double masking and getting boosters every three months just to play it safe. People that don't are irresponsible.

    Simple don't by in tourist area including and especially not a Thai tourist area. Now all you have to worry about is the neighbors opening a pig farm, steel workshop, motorcycle repair shop, recycle junk shop etc etc... ????

    No problem. Keep the electric in the mother's name. The title deeds can only be put in the children's name through the Thai mother, you cannot purchase property outright in the children's name until they turn 20.

    The mother can put the children's name on the title deed, water and electric is not an issue. The main issue is can not sell the property until the child is 20 years old. She can cancel the lease if you <deleted> her off. If you are legally married in Thailand and can prove you paid for the land you may be entitled to 50% of the proceeds upon divorce but they will fight you tooth and nail.

    Did they join in the field burning festivities or spaying the crop with pesticide? ????

    Yes it's ingrained in the Thais to some extent as in the old days you might get beat to death by the locals especially if you were at fault. In the US you are looking at serious prison time even if it wasn't your fault which would seem to be the case here.

    Low season, the Songkran signals the start of raining season, spring/ summer in Europe and elsewhere. It's always been that way with exception to the covid debacle. Some would argue the best time to of year to be in Thailand. Hotels are cheaper, less crowded, less air pollution etc.
