REITS you mean?i suggest you go for a REIT based on singapore  australia or uk.property prices are rising fast in those places,retail rents are going up as places open up again and theres strong demand for residential property too,Hk could be inc as demand is always higher than supply but the CCP is on your shoulder,perhaps give that a miss.thailand too much supply and no one can get in to buy as the thais are done basically with that as little is moving.

the narrative concerns foreign residents  so far as i can see,understandable.we see cases going up each day and the testings thin on the ground to say the least.the real figs must be higher.so that leaves us foreigners in a difficult position.apps ha ha ha.easily manipulated to exclude who you wish or they just pass us as our passport nos etc dont fit,why is that?what official no are we supposed to use?reading thai is not on for most of us and a barrier[its easy to have a translation into english that most nations people can read we see this on almost all websites worldwide] and even if it is we are excluded based on race in many cases.so the solutions is clear before we see a large no of deaths.....what china and france have done.china vaccs come with the stipulation that their people must get the jab.understandable,why dont the brits do the same re AZ vacc,its the best one out there at the moment and the figs after dose #2 are over 90% cover close to the pfizer and moderna versions without the DRNA.our only chance is getting our govts to step up as we are smoked like a kipper here.the other possibility is to leave  and get it at home,that would take a long time,cost a lot of money in fares hotels etc and for me its not home,ive no place to stay and know no one.this is where ive been ,asia/latam that is for the last 30+ yrs.most of my life.AZ shot is a 3 mnth wait between shots and then theres the scam to get back in.i cant come back and stay in my home 10 days even if im fully vacced with  a western shot.so foreign govt you have to help us or we are smoked,do it now and dont wait till the bodies pile up,USA gave this fascist govt a heap of vaccs why on earth didnt they stipulate that yanks get shot too,we see the bizarre case where thais fly to USA to get a shot for free no questions asked.what can you say its staring u in the face.

very interesting,i will try to get az in the next few weeks but its difficult here in bkk,im 60 so in the age bracket.its just such a minefield and i cant see my way thru it.i was at samativej 2 days ago and the dr there said go to a hospital and sign up.ive signed up there but they say oct for moderna,i want to leave in 2 mnths so get az now and then pfizer when i get to europe,nothings simple here its so overly complicated and mis leading.

not what i heard when i spoke to someone in germany 2 days ago,theyre foreign and are not residents.i can only tell u what ive heard.

uk does walk ins for anyone.the rest of europes patchy.within a few more weeks it should ease up in certain places such as spain but no chance in holland or germany
