If I know that I need to extend my visa I would avoid to be on overstay as immigration could also refuse the extension

You are never safe with anything in Thailand, even with permanent residence, which can easily be revoked.
I live here since 5 years, never had a problem ????

Can I ask you a question sir, you seem to get upset at the thought of anyone using covid extensions, how do feel about people living here on retirement visas who don't meet the financial requirements and pay a visa agent to sort there problem.?? The thought of that must cause u to have some serious nightmares. ????
As I said before I have nothing to do with covid extensions and retirement visas. I am married and am very happy ????

I can never understand why some folk on here take delight in this ???
If they increased the Covid extensions to 90 days, i bet people like you wouldnt be able to sleep at night.

Why would it be bye bye?? Theres always a way to Stay in Thailand. Plenty of options. Just go visit a visa agent and they can sort something out... ????????????????
Agent can't do everything and when this covid extension ends there will be not so many options to stay, unless you do not marry or retire( but you need to have a lot of money haha)

Why you didn't check visa stamp in your passport after immigration at the airport stamped it? So you could fix the issue easy but I am afraid now could be a pain in the a..s

I waited the full 3 days for a reply from immigration, before going through the normal agency as Im registered up north and living in Phuket. The agency did it in a few days. 6 days after being registered by the agency I got an email from immigration - YOUR 90 Day extension as been successful. I suppose you just need a little time.
They approved to me in a few hours

Mine is "pending" for 2 days now.
Reading all the approvals in a few hours is making me concerned.
Anyone else pending for a while?
I don't know my friend. They approved my 90 days report just in a 2/3 hours

I applied for 90 days report online today at 2pm, using the new system. They sent me a new email around 5pm telling me it has been approved! Everything was easy and fast! Very good

My British classmate went for extension two years ago and his extension was rejected because he couldn't pass the verbal Thai language test.
I don't know what to say about that. Maybe as I already said I've been very lucky to never get tested ????

Just registered! It took one second to get an email(not even in spam folder) with my email address and password. Very good ????

Not the first time but the subsequent 'extension' every 3 months. You're lucky if they didn't test you.
I went immigration every 3 months for get an extension and they never tested me as well

You need to go to immigration every 3 months to 'confirm' the visa.
The immi officer will sometimes give you a Thai language test before approving.
I guess you are learning Thai at a Thai language school?
I had ed visa the first time I came to Thailand and immigration never test me with Thai language skill

Are people here still dreaming about borders run? That's not thailand we used to know before anymore, so forget it
