What's your opinion on this? Jordan Peterson on IQ

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I got the impression that you were overridden with grief when another member posted a photo of this remarkable woman. Either way, it's a very interesting story. -

If feeling melancholy is your thing, try this. Mikhaila is 31, and has been suffering from autoimmune disease her entire life... she had a hip and an ankle replaced at age 22, and now, for 6 years she only eats beef. She's eats striploin steak 3 times a day and nothing else. It's a remarkable story as she seems quite healthy on this diet. Mikhaila Peterson -

He might be smart, but explaining his thoughts to less intelligent people is a skill he's never developed and mostly, whenever I've endured his speeches, he comes across as arrogant. In the OP's posted video, he is not dumbing it down, but lecturing to a university class. -
South African-Thai Woman Crowned Miss Thailand World 2023

Unfortunately your Isaan farm girls don't get a chance to compete in these upscale beauty contests. It's an expensive endeavour and they need a lot of financial backing to be able to compete. -

"Nobody of us knows even 1% of what he knows" LOL! Really? I won't argue about what he is saying, but I find this man talks too much and there is very little purpose to what he is saying. I've never liked him - he seems to like the sound of his own voice too much. There are much better speakers around with much more purpose to what they are saying. Of course he's only interested in talking to people with IQs above 120. Now I'll standby to cop vitriol from his fans... -
To get an appropriate answer, you should add some detail, like where the documents need to be sent off to. For example, the only place to have documents notarized to be used in Australia is at the Australian Embassy which costs at least 1760 baht per document. That's quite expensive if you're living far from Bangkok. Most importantly you need to know what is required by the organisation you're sending the documents off to.

Not in your case.

This lady has 3 bank accounts and gave her PIN # to a stranger? You'd think she'd know better. -
Yes, and you?

⟺ You Believe in GOD: Do You Believe GOD is Trustworthy?
JensenZ replied to GammaGlobulin's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
You can only think God is not trustworthy if you think it's his duty to do your wishes. Did you ever think that giving you what you want could hurt someone else? A crude example. You're in a trade. You've invested big money in this trade. It's going south and you're facing huge losses. If you prayed for God to save your investment, that can only happen if other people lose. It's zero sum. Helping you would hurt others... yet if you prayed and lost you might question God's trustworthiness. God is not a slave to your desires. Perhaps you could give a specific example of when God was not trustworthy, from your point of view. -
I doubt that. You're too busy trying to rack up your post count and shagging to ever get out LOL

it's a sure thing they were scamming for cash on the spot. Tell them you're happy to complete the transaction at the cop station and see what happens. There's always a lot of people like you suggesting what the law might be, but it's about policy, not law, and the current policy is that a copy of your passport will suffice. If you want to run around with your passport in your pocket, that's your choice, but mine never leaves the house (locked in safe) unless it's for the immigration office or to show at the bank.

I never forget this advice from my lawyer. They mentioned that passports handed to cops have gone missing too... probably belonging to people who refused to pay.
-
If they insisted on a cash payment on the street I'd ask them to take me to the police station so I can get a proper fine and receipt. Also an interpreter and a phone call to my lawyer. If they paid 3000 baht, they were fools. My lawyer gave me advice NEVER to hand a passport to a cop. They can be used to leverage huge "fines" and it's best to tell them the passport is at your lawyer's office. Never make it easy for them.

That 7Eleven has been there for years. You should cut back on Asean Now and get out once in a while.

'Big Joke' Absent From Duty Amid Online Gambling Case

Whoever writes these reports - it would be appreciated if you could reduce your use of adjectives and adverbs. It is unnecessary. You're reporting news, not writing a novel.- 67 replies

That's like complaining about fat in ice cream, or fat in bacon. Sausages ain't health food. You eat them for the experience, not their health benefits.

If a report is made that a body is found in a carpark with a suicide note next to it, murder is a possibility, and that's how it was stated in my post. It was not an assertion of fact. I don't investigate these media reports - I base my posts on what I read in these threads and links provided. Now it has come to light that he jumped from a building. That's a different story entirely, but still, there are 3 possibilities when people fall from bulidings: 1. They jumped 2. They slipped and fell 3. They were pushed Regarding suicide notes - they can be typed. That's what I would have done if I wanted to make it clear I intentionally jumped.

Gordon Ramsay’s group set to open 14 restaurants in Thailand
JensenZ replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
You keep trying to back up your original wrong assessment with more nonsense. In Pattaya the Subways, MacDonalds, KFCs, Japanese, Indian, pizza restaurants and many other foreign francises are packed with foreigners taking a break from cheap Thai food.
