Just found this in another topic:
QuoteIn Thailand, defamation is not just the subject of a civil suit but is also considered a criminal offence. According to Section 326 of the Thai Criminal Code, defamation is defined as the act of imputing anything about another person to a third person in a manner likely to impair the person’s reputation or place the person in contempt or hatred by others.

Among them is political whistleblower Chuwit Kamolvisit, who accused the incoming prime minister of facilitating tax evasion, an allegation that Srettha denied while accusing Chuwit of blackmail.
Aren't they now both guilty of slandering/defaming the other? Aren't there strict laws about that?

Thanks. I am coming for a visit soon, and on my list of things to do was to go there for a checkup and cleaning. I wasn't sure they were still there, but sounds like they are,

Before you do anything. Research stinging nettle capsules. Available on Lazada. I took these and it reduced the size of my prostrate. A more holistic treatment than the drugs the doctor prescribes.
What "dose" of stinging nettle did you take? On Amazon I see capsules of varying quantities like 250mg, 500mg, 750mg, 870mg, etc.

Yes but the opposition need to tread very carefully.
"Slowly, slowly catch monkey."
I hope they (MFP) strategize & execute such a plan effectively. But, I am not Thai and it's not my country, so I don't really have a say in any of it.

First task should be to change the constitution which allows the appointment of the Senate.
Good luck with that one fella.
If this government is "able to change the constitution which allows the appointment of the Senate," does that mean there will need to be another election for the citizenry to select Senators? If so, wouldn't it be likely that disillusioned Pheu Thai voters would switch to Move Forward? And, a further if so, wouldn't that possible outcome make the current government unlikely to favor a movement to undo the current system of an appointed Senate?

Well, wasn't he in Hong Kong not long ago? That's where I used to buy all my counterfeit watches.

isn't it concerning that safety didn't get 5.0/5.0? What issues with safety did those riders see/experience that led them to score less than 5.0?

I'm sure that will work just fine.
From this diagram, it looks like it'll be down from four lanes to two? That should be fun.

The linked source article mentions "Deva Beach Resort Hotel". Do they mean the "D Varee Jomtien Beach" hotel? I didn't know where a Deva Beach hotel was so I Googled it and came up empty.

Agreed. Unfortunately, your, and my main problems are not the banks problems.
Internet will disappear.
Simples as we are forced to play the banks game.
Apps will rule (until the next incarnation).????????
I plan to close my two SCB accounts on my trip to Thailand this month. I will keep my (one) Bangkok Bank account since, at least for now, I can still download transactions.
I originally only had one SCB account in Pattaya, but opened a second one when I lived in Hua Hin. Then I opened a Bangkok Bank account when they still allowed simple (ACH) transfers of money from the USA. It's overdue that I simplify things, so thanks, SCB, for persuading me to close your accounts.

Pretty sure most Thai banks are shutting down internet.
I spoke with a Aussie actuary last weekend & he reckons that apps are now ruling the world.
Guess we have to adjust.????????
My main problem with that development is: How do you download banking transactions to put into a spreadsheet or financial software like Quicken from a cell phone?

I am deeply disturbed that the recent liaison visit by the Kuwait Ambassador has done nothing to curb this diisturbing activity. ????
Why not go a step further, and have the Thai government send an official statement to the Kuwaiti government (or directly to the emir?) about the situation and how these youngsters' actions are painting their country in a most negative matter. Perhaps even a subtle suggestion that Kuwaitis may be banned from Thailand. And, maybe include photos of the youngsters with or without names. Not sure how strict Kuwait is in punishment, but if it's like some of its neighboring countries, swift justice could put an end to the noisy bike riders. Just a thought.

It not only saves space but also...
??? How exactly does it "save space?" In fact, it takes up more width than a normal single parking space, no?

Did you ever ordered with them? Serious company?hinese
No, I don't know anything about them. I found it on a previous search for Dockers but never used them. Looking at their "About Us" page, it looks like they might be Middle East-based?

So much for branding & marketing: the bird, "tweet," and Twitter are recognized worldwide. So let's change it. To a generic Roman alphabet letter. X.
