What you are doing should be illegal. Comments like yours demonstrably result in witless fools dying unnecessarily.
I think the term is freedom of choice, it may equate to democracy. Many have fought and died for the right to choose. Not all opinions are the same, that's what makes life so diverse.

Unless of course officials at the land department are induced to ignore their own rules perhaps. In that case problems could well arise in the future.
Keep digging, you are starting to look very silly now.

The only person giving misleading information is actually you. You are completely incorrect.
Us 'know nothings' seem to know a lot more than you in this case.

Not in my experience at the Land Department as I stated.
They are leading you up the garden path, and you are concerned about 'dodgy lawyers!'

No, definitely not the case.

Would it be too much to ask that pieces written by Michael Bridge are published with this name, and not as "webfact" ?
Just so that we know what to expect.
Thanks.
Agreed, it would save time in the morning just scrolling past it.

IMHO the blame lies squarely with the Range master. From the first moment of ANY students at the range the Range master is in total charge. He (or she) RUNS that range, and from the first moment the word is SAFETY, followed by, NEVER NEVER point a weapon at anybody unless you intend to kill them.
They should be taught, how to handle a weapon, how to load and unload the weapon, what to do when it jams and you can clear it and also when you can't clear it. They will be given a certain number of rounds and that is all they will be allowed. NO picking up ammunition, live or blank and reloading the weapon.
At the end of the session, you drop the magazine out, work the action 5 times, always pointing the weapon down range, and then cock, hook and look. Place your thumb in the chamber and check to see light on your thumb nail. If you see it the is nothing up the spout.
Lay the weapon down pointing down range with the magazine beside it and wait for the Range Master to check it. The last part is clean the weapon after inspection if it isn't your weapon and even if it is your weapon..
Thank god i have never been on a range with you! Your posts depict someone who should have never been given a firearm in your life. strictly amateur and dangerous.
I laughed my ass off when you said the 'range master' should clear your stoppages, were you in the navy or RAF?????
I'd always prefer to work with adults and signal when someone asked me to show when clear.

I was for 25 years, boy and man. In those 25 years I went where the RAF sent me and I was lucky enough never to be shot at or involved in a minor or major war.
Bet you got to stay in some nice hotels during that time too........ ????

do fully retired British military receive medical cost reimbursement globally?
No, but you may receive reimbursement for injuries sustained whilst serving, but these need to be documented before you leave.

I really wish they would pay as much attention to the pick ups belching out black smoke which are far more harmful to people.

UK Navy- tot of rum, Thai Navy - a tot of cum.
I wonder what happens in the Thai Navy when the Chief Stoker invites a young matelot to help him hunt for the golden rivet?
All very strange shipmates!

I had the same 'financial company' from Bangkok call me multiple times a few years back.
In the end I agreed to meet them at hotel in the north of Bangkok which was hard to get to. ( I knew they were centrally based). He called me saying he was there and couldn't see me. I told him it was because I wasn't there, had no intention of turning up.
We exchanged pleasantries on the phone and they never bothered me again.
Mugs !!!

The official COVID case counts here are far more removed from reality (as in vastly undercounted)...than the death stats ever have been.
One government COVID advisor even has publicly said the real daily case counts could be in the 100,000 per day range as opposed to the -+ 25,000 they had been officially reporting.
"Dr. Udom’s estimated figure of 100,000 a day takes into account those who have not been tested and is based on the increasing number of patients on ventilators and with lung inflammations, as well as COVID-related deaths."
As I've said many times here, the trends of reported COVID deaths and serious hospitalizations here are a far better indicator of what's going on with COVID in Thailand than the general, official case counts.
At 100,000 a day, that's 3 million a month developing some form of immunity, most of it hybrid given the large numbers of the population who have had 2 jabs,
3 million a month is a little faster than the booster program.....not all bad news.

If Pfizer mixed the covid jab with their other famous product, Viagra, then there would be a big uptake in those seeking boosters I would suspect.
Definitely, I'd even change my opinion on the need for jabs every 2
weeksmonths. -

More than 60% of Thailand's population, including the most vulnerable segment of senior citizens, has NOT received a third dose COVID booster vaccine that's required to best combat the Omicron variant.
It would be interesting to know how many in that 60% that have not received a booster, but have 2 vaccinations and an infection. Lets not discount the hybrid immunity. I fit that category have have no intention of getting a booster at present.
The emphasis should be getting the boosters to the vulnerable who make up the majority of the seriously ill /deaths. I was speaking to an 77 year old expat the other day, not the healthiest of guys I know to be honest (and that's even considering he is 77) and told him to get a booster, he thought he had to wait 6 months (AZ) but I corrected him. He has so far 'escaped' infection.

This place is quite close to the hotel we are staying at, so maybe.
Does anyone know if parking is available in or near the soi Tarka House is in? From the photos online it looks like quite a narrow soi. I am not familiar with Pattaya at all.
Thanks for the replies.
Go to the end of that soi and turn left (its one way) onto 2nd road. should be able to find a space there.

And let's not forget that when Eriksen collapsed, "the usual suspects" came out talking about a link to vaccination - until it emerged that he hadn't been vaccinated.
No, lets not speculate, but it's good to be cautious.
'In the wake of three rare cardiac complications in young athletes who had recently been vaccinated against the coronavirus, doctors have strongly advised against intensive physical activity soon after receiving a vaccine dose.'

Not really reprehensible if you listen to the advice from the UK (where I am from)
JCVI advises a non-urgent offer of two 10 mcg doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine (Comirnaty®) to children aged 5 to 11 years of age who are not in a clinical risk group. The 2 doses should be offered with an interval of at least 12 weeks between doses.
https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/jcvi-update-on-advice-for-covid-19-vaccination-of-children-aged-5-to-11/jcvi-statement-on-vaccination-of-children-aged-5-to-11-years-old
If you read it its not quite the blanket advice you say medical experts are telling us. 'non urgent, 'not in a clincal risk group', 'offer'
Lets all calm down please, the whole article gives good balanced advice, and far from the doomsday scenario some are advocating.
