I think it's perfectly acceptable for people to be worried about a government with a track record of last minute updates yet strict immigration policies and very serious overstay fines and penalties.
Not to mention the lack of solutions for anyone not on a tourist or retirement visa - given there are plenty of other classes of visas all with different types of requirements, most of which require you to be outside of the country.
Those people with houses, cars, families and businesses yet no clear knowledge of what's going to happen to their life in a couple of weeks are surely justified in their worry...- 7

At what point do you just walk away, like the Chinese?
Literally any time you'd like. That's how the locals do it too - just disappear back up-country somewhere any time they feel like it. Somehow that's less loss of face, too!

The source you quoted is a right wing zionist organisation.
Here's something less biased:
How can that be a "less biased" source, when it debunks a claim about people giving migrants debit cards - a claim that I have not made...?
Funding through multiple umbrella organisations, offshore shuffling of incorporation and otherwise other ways to obscure original source of funds and the ultimate NGO holder... has nothing to do with debit cards and I never said they did... -

He was already receiving millions it was more to do with Europe refusing to accept more refugees from him.
Sure, so it's understandable that if Turkey can't handle it by itself that the next logical step is to either provide for an external solution, or remove the problem. Up to Europe if they care enough to deal with it or not.
Just now, polpott said:"It doesn't help that all the Soros funded NGOs are scrambling for more money so they can continue to exploit people for political and financial gain." Conspiracy theory nonsense.
Soros and his conglomerates of NGOs and partners are well known for funding illegal people trafficking of migrants across to Europe - or do you think these well equipped boats just magically appear out of thin air and just happen to be bringing constant boat-loads of people across to Europe?

If you have evidence to the contrary then I'd love for you to educate me on it.- 1

For the Syrians, only 1, Turkey. Turkey was absolutely swamped with refugees and Erdrogan lied to them by saying Greece/Europe would welcome them with open arms and the border was open. Also made veiled threats if they didn't leave.
I believe Erdogan did this because Europe refused to provide aid to cover the cost of said refugees.
It doesn't help that all the Soros funded NGOs are scrambling for more money so they can continue to exploit people for political and financial gain.- 1

Your conclusion, “Virtually the whole camp knew what was happening and were on board with it”.
You of course don’t tell us where you saw this video and ‘interview’ with the ‘African man’.
It's funny how this just keeps "randomly" happening, specifically to these Greek camps, yet people like you still seem to have their head firmly planted in the ground.

They trod on themselves.
A hard truth learnt only over time: many people are in bad situations because of bad luck, timing or ill health.
But many people are in bad situations who deserve it through laziness, cheating, immorality and greed.
Assuming the latter are the former is the danger.- 1

You can buy insurance against ransomware attacks, but the insurers require that you follow some security procedures or install protective hardware. I guess these places don't want to spend the outlay for such protection.
Preventative actions? I don't think that phrase translates into Thai?

Clocks in Thailand exist in a probability flux that collapses only when convenient to Thai people.
That's why "arriving now" can be both 5 minutes and 50 minutes at once, and also how family members of infected individuals can finish quarantines in politically convenient record time-scales.- 2

Dear Khun Phachornphot, I give you a hint:
It's only partly Covid-19 itself which causes this. The bigger part is your Thai compatriots and governments paranoid reaction on Covid. You should think a little bit more about this!
It was going down the drain before covid came along. This is just an acceleration.

Also...”fully refurbished with furniture” really doesn’t say much unless you’re willing to post pics and let us critique them. I wouldn’t want someone else’s idea of fully refurbished and there is a 99% chance that I won’t like their furniture either.
I just rented a fully furnished house in Pattaya for Songkran which apparently is a low 10s million property.
It had a dedicated lounge... with a 19" TV on a swivel. Let's just say this follows what I've seen from most fully furnished places with mismatched cheap <deleted> from Index.
I definitely agree it's very important to see *how* it's been furnished so that you don't get a baby puke green wall "for good luck". -

I'd hazard a guess that all the old sino-thai who own the main businesses aren't sure how to use emails and need to find a way to stop all the new kids on the block from cutting into their monopoly with their brand spanking instatwitterbooks.

I posted an incredibly detailed document highlighting the entire history of Soros, pages of information about his charities, scandals (existing and past) around funding, issues with the stated purposes of the charities etc. including people and sex trafficking.
I'm sorry if you didn't bother to read it.
The source's "bias ranking" is about an incredibly specific argument about Soros providing debit cards to migrants - an argument that I never made.
Potato.
