  1. So you prefer your car demanding when you have to take a break and how long your break is going to be? Did you never run into a charger promising 150kW but only delivering 10kW because it was broken, adding 3-4 hours to your "break"?.. lol
  2. Do you sell EVs?. I'm pointing out the cult behavior, it's not normal.. did you even read my post?
  3. Did you even read my original post that was fair and balanced based on my EV experience? but viciously attacked by the EV cult. Do you work selling EVs?
  4. You really are a cult aren't you? Do you demand pictures? lol
  5. Time to find a Mia Noi if you can afford one.
  6. Not that I have to explain myself to you and your cultish snarky attitude, but I drove a model 3 in Bangkok, however I got rid of it after moving up country as it wasn't practical anymore. What's your experience?
  7. lol.. are you part of some kind of EV cult? 😅
  8. My biggest concern with cheap Chinese EVs is that they might go bankrupt, then the battery warranty is gone and you will not be able to get any spare parts. For any EV, make sure you can charge it at home, as in not living in a condo or apartment plus having a parking space for charging at your property, otherwise charging will become a nightmare. EVs are great for daily commute and driving around town, however long road trips are a pain with the lack of charging infrastructure.
  9. What is the deal with Swiss men kicking, beating and murdering Thai women within just a few months?
  10. What do you mean here? I've lived in Thailand more than 20 years and the ones I have lying around have not rusted, sure some might be treated with Zink, but others are galvanized, the fence mesh is definitely galvanized and not rusted. The iron coated with the red and grey primer are also fine, however anything bare iron starts rusting within weeks/months.
  11. I've used the red and grey primers, seems to work just fine. However these days I buy galvanized square tubes and beams whenever possible, so much easier, then you only need to paint the welds. It's a bit harder to get pretty welds on galvanized steel, but you can just grind the welds with a flap disc and paint them with some primer.
  12. Once you start rolling you don't feel it at all, it's less noticeable than riding with a passenger on the back. Of course if you add a heavy load you have to make sure your bike doesn't tip over while on the stand. When I installed mine I tested it with 30kg of cat sand (it was the best inexpensive load I had on hand) then drove it around for a some time to make sure it was strong enough, no problem. These are similar to what I have installed: Some links: https://shopee.co.th/Honda-ADV160-แท้ศูนย์-(สินค้าแท้)-H2C-ชุดแร็คท้ายเบาะ-KIT-REAR-RACK-(BLACK)-ชุดแร็คท้ายเบาะ-สีดำ-i.161590177.18071770029 https://shopee.co.th/กระเป๋าเดริเวรี่-Delivery-ตะแกรงมอเตอร์ไซค์-ตะแกรงรองกระเป๋าส่งอาหาร-ตะแกรงรองกล่องส่งอาหาร-i.802214265.19876425816 https://shopee.co.th/กล่องส่งอาหาร-กระเป๋าส่งอาหาร-i.166684801.6226011392
  13. Cops should've said they socialized with him because they wanted to keep an eye on him or something 😄
  14. Just tell her you lost all your money on some investment, or in case she knows you're working, that you got fired or your family got financial trouble and you have to send them all your income and you'll need to move to a small 1,500B/month room and now you can only afford to eat 2 packs of mama noodles a day.
  15. There is a seller on shopee, 605B + 64B shipping, with a 4.8/5 star review and 800+ sold https://shopee.co.th/แบตยัวซ่า6แอมป์Yuasa-YTZ6v-i.307661686.4556611424
  16. For me adding storage space was a game changer. I added a medium sized delivery driver box on the back, about 50 liters capacity. I used to wear a backpack, but having a dedicated box on the back is much nicer. Now I often take the bike to go shopping instead of the car. However it must be mounted correctly by adding a strong cargo rack on the back, then you can easily carry a box of beer plus various other items at the same time.
  17. I doubt Magnesium is the solution and personally I've tried Melatonin gummies, but they just made me groggy and dizzy the next day. According to my smart watch I have the best sleep after a few beers, but your mileage might vary.
  18. It doesn't sound like being a Bolt driver is in any way relevant to the crime, that is just low quality reporting.
  19. I don't think it will be possible to put the cat back in the bag, besides it's probably less damaging than alcohol.
  20. I'm fine with immigration getting tough on criminals, but I wish it wouldn't get harder and harder for the majority of foreigners trying their best to comply with all the rules/laws. In Europe you can get permanent residence after just 5 years of living there legally. I've been here for more than 20 years and still get treated like a potential criminal despite having paid more in tax than 10 average families and never broken any laws.
  21. On one hand I'd ban Tuktuks from city centers as they're polluting, loud and dangerous, but on the other hand they're part of the authentic Thailand experience.
  22. Negotiating the fare is part of the authentic TukTuk experience. Expect to pay the same (or more) than a nice Toyota airconditioned taxi.
  23. I used to attend some of the Nana Plaza meetups with K. Sanuk and Stickman, good fun, but that was like 20+ years ago. Mostly just sexpats eating burgers and drinking beer while chatting about their time in Thailand.
  24. I always withdraw some money, then ask for a statement letter in Thai saying I'm the account owner and the account holding, and then I get a 3 months printout of all transactions. This costs just 200 thb at Bangkok Bank and takes 10 minutes.
  25. Some years ago I was between non-b visas and did exempt entries every 30 days, however it took longer than planned and after like 6 times I was red flagged by the software they have at the airport immigration. Too much in-out in-out (that's what they told me) .. I was thinking that's none of their business ????, but they meant too many exit and re-entry without a visa. Had to spend like 2 hours getting interrogated and them trying to find a good reason why they should ban me from entering until they let me enter with a written warning in my passport that I need a visa next time.
