That one strikes a nerve with me.
I was out on Phang An in 2005 it happened to be a full moon. ARRRRGHH!
I was 38 & my daughter was concieved there.
Hillside bungalow looking back towards Samui.
Boats HAULING ASS all night. Daytime too.
Six Swedish tourists died.
Dummy had three outboard engimes on the boat, probably doing 50 knots. the steering cable broke and it capsized....at 55 MPH.

If they're not cheating, they're not trying.
If the get caught cheating, well, they just aren't trying hard enough.

Good news actually. Most of us older Falang will probably be safe with out filthy low functioning kidneys and fatty deteriorating livers. Who would want them?
Apparently you are unaware of the health benefits of stewed bats and pickled duck feet.
I walked into a restaurant in Taiwan once & grabbed a tray of Kimchi....Pickled cabbage...not bad.
Actually it was pickled duck feet, and it was REALLY BAD.
I had no fork to stab it with, just chopsticks (couldn't tell it was rubber), and that was probably the most VILE thing my mouth ever tasted.

The warnings are being aimed at the wrong demographics.
They should be warning tourists of other countries that there are likely to be hordes of Chinese tourists in Thailand.
1998 I got a REALLY COOL (and Cute) tour guide-ess from Khon Kaen to show me around. She was registered at the G-Spot in Nana Plaza as an official tour guide (I swear it's the truth Guv'nor!!).
We wound up in Nong Nooch Hardons...err, Gardens and I had my first encounter with a Chinese tour group. They somehow got between me and my tour guide, and I felt like a rugby player trying to get thru that crowd..
I'm glad they didn't have the COVID.. I survived with just several bruised ribs and a bloody nose.

If damage and deterioration can not be seen with the naked how will it be possible to make a safety inspection?

I did not know that, so that is why they wear rags on their heads.
I think it's more to keep the sun off their noggins, and the sand out of their ears.
I once played the desert golf course in Abu Dhabi. My ears got PACKED full of sand. It's like talcum powder.

I spent about a year in Jakarta in '97 and '98 and got a small taste of what like as a slave to Mo. is like.
It's 24/7 oppression, from the moment you are rudely awakened at zero dark thirty until you go to bed at night. Conform or suffer the consequences.
Anyone who thinks that Islam is benign has rocks in their head.
I went thru about 8 Ramadan's in the UAE and Kuwait.
It's about as fun as a month-long trip to the dentist every year.

A couple Indian (obvious by their accents) "DEA Agents" just called me the other day in Florida
.
Said they'd found $290,000 worth of drugs in El Paso, Texas with my name all over it. I haven't been to Texas in 20 years. They had gotten my birthday from somewhere.
They wanted me to verify my bank account(s).
I played right along & told them all I had was a prepaid card from a day labor job I had worked about a year ago.....They hung up on me!
Spoil-sports I guess?
Oh yeah, the call came from a Florida phone number. I called back and got the manager of an apartment complex in Gainesville.

That's what makes them aggressive.
NEVER, EVER feed the wildlife. There's laws against feeding bears and alligators in Florida, for very good reason.
They lose their natural fear of humans and become aggressive.

Get a bunch of them together, grease the pole & put an Indian tourist with a gold chain at the top.
I'd buy a ticket to watch...
