99% of the comments from arm chair critics who are visitiors (long term or short) that have no say in Thai governmental affairs . Being fully vaccinated still doesnt keep the infectious negativity at bay.

You sir have laid exactly the argument ive tried to get a handle on. Im dismayed at all the negativity (from farangs no less) from this and many many other posts covering the sandboxes and “fear” of incoming arrivals. I wish the thai government would read these posts to get a guage and a common sense approach in saving LOS

With the expensive laundry list of Entry requirements you can bet the tourist number will be non existent. No brainer

You seem to imply the fully vaccinated and multiple tested tourists are bringing in the virus…and none of Phuket sandbox is from local transmission. It can work in Samui HH and Pattaya. Arrivals should take care not to mingle and socialize with unvaccinated farangs that walk around maskless.

Some of us foolish “tourists “ are booking to see our families and homes in Thailand ….FULLY vaccinated and covid tested 3-4 times unlike many who comment in this forum.

Absolutely spot on. Thailand tries to convince its population that vaccines will open the country yet those arriving vaccinated and tested multiple times are deemed dangerous and need a full 14 days quarantine. Go back to the 7 day vaxxed plan you had pre April 29th. Even the UK has only a 10 day quarantine.

Forget about hiseason thailand. All those prearranged payments and paperwork add up to headaches and plans elsewhere. You f$&@ed up Thailand
