Personally I found ambulance services to be expensive but I will add that I was “well out of it” after a serious motorcycle accident so I have no idea what they were doing to me inside that ambulance. It is that from a medical perspective that could have bumped the costs up. For a 34 Km journey to the Government hospital in Nong Bua Lamphu from Si Bun Rueang where the accident occurred the cost was 36000 baht. To be honest that cost is incidental to me, I’m alive that’s far more important.
