However you claim to know it all, it is quite obvious that you don't even know that blockchain and Bitcoin are two completely different things.

Yes Bitcoin use blockchain, but that is the only thing they have in common

Yes about the technology in which Bitcoin is based, which is Blockchain I know pretty much a lot. Mainly because I work with it.

About Bitcoin, not so much, see I am not a trader or investor per se. Mainly just have had luck with HODL. But that is not the point.

The point is that the other dude claims Blockchain is useless and a scam, and that's far from it. Blockchain has a million different applications, other than Bitcoins, and many of them not even related with finance. It is a technology which everyday is growing in importance, regardless of what the other dude says.

How about those that bought Bitcoin at 20K end of 2017? What were they saying when it dropped to 7K last year?

Oh wait, they all knew it would go to 50K and just held on to it, not?

Let's see what people who bought today at 50K will say next year. They may be happy chappies or suicidal, only the future will tell

Well, that's pretty much what happens with any stock, isn't it?

oh I do, I have worked on them. You probably read some propaganda thing and think you got it. I actually read the code behind it and I can see <deleted> they are doing. Can you? ????

Mate, I am ctabuyo. I "hacked" Apple's super safe mobile operative system "iOS" more than once, and more importantly the "iCloud Activation Lock". Don't try to teach me lessons on coding or CS. ????‍♂️

Like I said, there is a reason why I probably have bigger crypto assets that you, without having myself used a single dollar in fiat currency to purchase crypto, and without having mined it either....

I know the inside logic of Bitcoins and I can tell you there is no technology behind it, it's a silly loop of calculations being done billions of times over to make sure there is full integrity based on some arbitrary gameplay, and who the <deleted> knows why. The original white paper is a complete fantasy, and the guy who wrote the gameplay doesn't even exist, even admitted by one of the bitcoin creator, so it was a scam from day 1, a growth hack for buzzwords and attention.

all this so it can be stolen by your local hackers, or exchange operator or simply forgetting the password of your cold storage ????

people are so stupid and gullible, it's amazing how they can still believe in fairy tales as adults ????

That explanation is probably the same way my 90 years old grandma could explain. "Loop of mathematical calculations being done over and over again"

Sorry to say, but you clearly have no idea about how Blockchain works, hence why you call it scam. ????‍♂️

No local hacker and I am willing to bet not even god can steal your Bitcoins if you keep them at an offline wallet (aka a piece of paper). Though, of course, I am sure you would have to Google: "How to keep my Bitcoin in a piece of paper"

I bought my Bitcoins for $350, Litecoins for $4, Ethereums for $200, Dashes for $40 and so on, and currently have more crypto assets than most users here, and I know the cryptos better than most users here. And that's exactly why I criticize them - because I know how they work, not by just reading the paid articles on random websites.

The only way to really know how crypto works is of course being a developer. From what I read from you I highly doubt you are one.

Investors, which have no formal education in CS, might make money out of cryptos, but they see it as the stock market, and don't really understand the technology behind it, and/or take it for what it is.

You say you bought your Bitcoins for $350, Litecoins for $4, but I never used a single dollar of fiat currency to buy any crypto whatsoever, and yet it's probable I have more crypto assets than you... (And I am not talking about mining)

not interested in participating into a scam, and I know one when I see one ????

Like I never regretted not spending 100 EUR per month on Lottery tickets and missing out on the 100m EUR payout ????

If you buy Bitcoin at 7,000 USD and sell at 51,000 USD how is it a scam? Or comparable to Lottery tickets?

    Really curious

  7. Those who criticize Bitcoin and claim it to be a scam, are those same ones which now regret not having invested into bitcoin last year when it was trading at like ~7,000 USD ????

Criticizing it is a good way of fooling themselves, and that way reduce the grief of not having multiplied their savings by like close to ten times in one year.

Perhaps we can start a thread how dumb Thai hiso are buying overpriced German cars just to show off on the road.

    Oh  wait....

Yes, it would be very dumb to start such a thread. Because everyone is free to do whatever they want with their hard-earned money. And you have no say in it.

I believed the 'Pravda' era is far gone ???? Since '91, "comrade"

    It's hypocritical???

No, it's not. I tell the truth. If you think that there's a single person in the world who drives perfectly without making a single mistake. Then you must be one of those who regards themselves as such a good driver that you think you could easily beat Hamilton at an F1 race...

I know that it is difficult for many of us to acknowledge that we too make mistakes in a forum, but it happens. I make mistakes, you make mistakes, everyone makes mistakes. But you'll never see me bashing Thais for the way they drive, like many people in this forum do, they reach such lengths on bashing Thais for the way they drive that often times it becomes racist. I sure agree things could improve in Thailand as they have slowly improved in other countries. But I would never bash them for it.

When in Rome , I think that covers it.

You summarized my whole post in a single phrase, and I couldn't agree more! ???? Love it

PS, I am not here to boast about how good of a driver I am. Cuz I also make mess ups and huge ones while driving... Point of this post was just the hypocrisy that many show while criticizing Thais and then doing the same they things criticize them for...

If only it was ONE farang riding without a helmet......

I guess it's just that those farang riding without a helmet or riding like absolute cocks are just not members of TVF ????

  12. What is your car brand?

For Mercedes, BMW, Audi and the like I would recommend Thomson Garage in Bang Na (Bangkok). They speak English and do things the right way. I myself take my Merc there for whatever work I need done.

But, be wary that professional work the way they do it, is expensive. And although way cheaper than the Merc dealer, you seldomly see cars such as Toyota Vios or the like being repaired there, mainly because it's expensive!

So I don't know, if you really have a leak in the compressor and/or condenser, depending on your car make, probably Somchai can get it done just as good and for cheaper. If you have a leak in a pipe, and Somchai can't even find it cuz he doesnt have the tools, then take it to Thomson Garage.

  13. Never been to Bumrungrad, so can't really answer your question. But if it helps,

I've had an amazing experience with Dr.Veera Serephantwong at Praram9 Hospital for a twisted knee. And also outstanding experience with Dr. Songwut Thitiboonsuwan at Praram9 Hospital too for a sprained ankle.

Yes, you are correct. I did not realize he is still alive. Happy to hear that. However, if he were to die, it would be murder, and my sentiments about the death penalty would apply. I consider myself to be a spiritual man. And a democrat! Most of my centrist friends do not relate to my support of the death penalty. I consider it very beneficial to society, when employed on the most heinous of offenders. I do not see a conflict with my beliefs. There are some lines you just do not cross, in this life. And if you do, there is a price to be paid for your behavior.

Death-penalty is something which can only work in theory. You say, someone who commits a horrendous crime (murder, rape, pedophilia,...) should face death penalty. And I agree with you to this point. But this is pure theory so far.

When you come and apply this theory to real life, you will find that you've applied the death penalty to someone who had nothing to do with that crime. It has happened, it still happens in places which keep death penalty, and it will continue to happen. Do you really think it's worth running the risk of killing someone not guilty when you could leave them to rot in jail instead? (which is probably a harsher punishment than death to them btw)
