My opinion is that the jury request for a reading of the jury instructions indicate that the majority of the jury is trying to convince the minority (or a single juror) to convict, and the holdout(s) claimed the evidence is only circumstantial. I still worry about a lone holdout, either a Trump fan, or someone worried about the impact of a conviction on them or their family.

I had a friend who determined they had no taxable income, and thus didn't file their taxes. The IRS found them, audited them, they went to tax court, and were sentenced to 7 years in Federal prison. -

Only if there is a tax treaty with your home country. And the tax rates in your home country are higher than Thailand's. And you don't mind mind completing a Thai return. -
