  1. If Trump should lie during the debate, will the subsequent fact checking impact his fanbase? Or do they enjoy his lies?
  2. The Cohen payment to Stormy Daniels is the underlying crime that turns Trump's misdemeanors into felonies. Because Trump claimed that the Stormy Daniels reimbursement made to Michael Cohen were legal services and not hush money, in an attempt to hide an illegal campaign contribution.
  3. Biden has never lost a one-on-one debate. It's a good idea for Biden to debate before the convention, if he has some sort of breakdown, he can be replaced. Conversely, Trump is at risk if he is dinged for getting facts wrong.
  4. Michael Cohen paid Stormy Daniels hush money, but did not report the money as a campaign contribution.
  5. "I am ignoring the trial proceedings so I can claim Trump is innocent" is not the great defense you think it is. What facts has the Prosecution introduced that you think are false? If you can't think of any specific facts being proved wrong, Trump clearly has a problem.
  6. The pro-Russian government in Georgia won't be around much longer.
  7. US consumer inflation resumes downward trend as domestic demand cools
  8. The prosecution has provided the facts necessary for the jury to convict. I am sorry that you are ignoring the trial.
  9. What facts introduced in the trial have convinced us that Trump is guilty that you believe are false?
  10. Just because you don't understand doesn't mean Trump is innocent.
  11. The NY Times poll has a methodology problem: a large number of "likely" voters in the poll have never voted before.
  12. Why didn't Donald Trump pay Stormy Daniels from his campaign funds? Why use a middleman for the transaction?
  13. The facts and the charges have been posted here repeatedly. It's a cognitive problem on your part, I am sorry to write.
  14. Trump falsified business entries to cover up a campaign finance violation. Yeah, I know it's hard for you to understand, so you will respond with gibberish.
  15. Read the news. All you are saying is that you are clueless about the trial, and therefore Trump is innocent.
  16. Read the news. We can't be responsible for spoon-feeding you information about the trial.
  17. There is something called a "trial" where the facts are laid out. Assuming you are interested in the facts. I don't know know why you keep asking questions when it's in the news everyday. Maybe the people who take care of you don't let you read the news.
  18. Which got blown up by COVID and the subsequent supply chain problems.
  19. The statute that was violated is listed in the charging document. Please don't pull a @Yellowtail and claim if I haven't memorized the statute that Trump is therefore innocent.
  20. 2 parts to the charges: Trump falsified business entries. That has been proven in court, and admitted to by Trump accountants. Tell me if you disagree. The false business entries were intended to cover up a campaign finance violation. Again, this has been testified to by multiple people. Do you disagree? If you can't grasp this, there is something wrong with you.
  21. You mean after Trump fumbled the response and let COVID get out of control. Like the economy and Afghanistan, Trump made the mess, and Biden had to clean it up.
