  1. and you will totally forget about your rule after this election.
  2. You just defined special people as "anyone running for presidency" who has been indicted. When your special consideration only extends to one person on the planet, they are indeed special. So, "no one is above the law" except that one special person.
  3. You want the trial delayed because Trump is special. He's not like another defendants.
  4. "Trump's trials should be delayed until after the election" and "no one is above the law" are what is called "mutually exclusive" thoughts.
  5. I will only be interested in Trump until he loses in November. Come to think of it, so will you.
  6. Because he doesn't want to stand for election with convictions on his resume.
  7. I guess you aren't keeping up with current events. Trump's lawyers are engaged in delaying tactics in many cases nothing to do with case dismissal. How many posts are you going to make that display your ignorance, and do you think these posts convince anyone?
  8. On the contrary, Trump needs to win the election to pardon himself, so he can stay out of prison.
  9. Ironically, you are describing Trump. More to the point, *you* believe Trump is above the law.
  10. This is a very bad year for Trump. Expect major disappointments for you.
  11. If you believe Trump is innocent, you would want a quick trial.
  12. Because, for you, Trump is special. Getting back to your proposal, if someone steals classified documents, can they eliminate or delay the charges by declaring they are running for president?
  13. For you Trump fluffers fixated on polls, note that the polls were wrong about the NY-3 special election. The Democrat outperformed the polls, the polls showed a close election, the Dem won by 7+ points (within the margin of error). Polls for special elections are usually inaccurate, because nobody really cares about them. Same as early polls for general elections.
  14. Taking your theory to the extreme, if Trump were to withdraw as a candidate, would his trials be cancelled?
  15. One of the ramifications of climate change is rainfall changes. For example, the area of Russia northeast of Kazakhstan is experiencing diminished rainfall, even as the country as a whole is warming. The area facing lower rainfall previously was an important agricultural production source.
  16. Every week is going to be a big week for Trump's criming, from now on.
  17. Yeah, every perp has a story. Trump could have dealt with some of these trials by now, but he delayed. The Georgia case was supposed to start last October.
  18. I know where the migrants live in Tijuana. I wouldn't go there at night, it's no man's land. Daytime is not much fun, either.
  19. Prosecutors have wanted trials quickly, and Trump wants delay, a classic tactic of guilty defendants.
  20. Because both parties can't agree even within the parties on how to deal with asylum seekers, the system is broken. Of course, MAGA Republicans can't provide any solutions, from fear of alienating their base.
  21. You have no idea what you are talking about. This is an issue I have personal knowledge of, having lived on the Mexico side of the border. And not in some American retirement colony, but in areas with Mexican gangs and a very high crime rate.
  22. If you have a moderate amount of income, Mexico is okay. If you are poor, it's very bad, due to the lack of social services.
  23. Here's one result from the GOP malfunctions in the House: 5 takeaways from Democrats’ special election victory in New York The Republicans are a lock to lose the House in November.
  24. Wow. Are you drunk? What statute gives ex-presidents the right to retain classified documents? How come Biden returned classified documents when they were discovered?
  25. You don't think that Trump is trying to delay the trials?
