Clutching and straws comes to mind. Biden must be desperate to resort to begging.
Does he have nothing to offer other than "vote for me because Trump is a bad man".
Actually, that's a pretty effective position.

Trump said he would testify.

The Trump position on the Gaza war is hard-line.

Interesting difference in the eyes over 7 days.
What do we think is going on here?
Drugs or something else?
Oh, God, you're right.
For sure, Biden will be drugged for the debate, so Trump won't have a chance.
He should pull out now.

Actually, Russia traditionally is allied with Azerbaijan's enemy Armenia, but that is rapidly changing.
Russia was close to Kazakhstan, up to the invasion of Ukraine, but now Kazakhstan is pulling away. There's an interesting dynamic in Central Asia, with China, Turkey and the US vying to fill the vacuum left by Russia.
Some in Kazakhstan think that Putin is interested in northern Kazakhstan, which has a large Russian speaking population and oil.

This is complete nonsense

My favourite contradiction of this war and there are many is - "Ukraine needs to join NATO so that article 5 applies and Russia will not dare attack it then ... but if Russia wins in Ukraine they won't stop and will attack NATO next".
Actually, if Russia wins in Ukraine, Kazakhstan is probably next.

The Russian air defense network seems to be collapsing. Russia is big, so even if their airspace is undefended, there's a lot of targets left. Unclear if Ukraine has the drones necessary to win the war.

If Russia loses, their collapse would be a surprise, similar to the Russian army collapsing in WWI.
Ukraine seems to be fighting a war of attrition, happy to generate loads of Russian casualties, and using drones to destroy Russian infrastructure.
Russia is happy to oblige by conducting mini human wave attacks, sending in small formations that suffer heavy losses. It's possible that manpower losses may eventually shut down Russia's ability to launch attacks.

Joe has never lost a debate, why would he miss this one? He did well at the SOTU, so it's not as if he can't perform anymore.

Your memory is bad.
Biden gave the State of the Union address recently, and was very good. Especially compared with how Trump is doing now.

Correct. Cohen was convicted of tax evasion and was looking at a possible sixty years. He plead guilty to the additional campaign finance violations for a reduced sentence and to help get Trump.
We've been over this countless times.
How did he plead guilty to a campaign finance violation if there was no campaign finance violation?
-
The MAGA theory is that the campaign finance violation that Michael Cohen pled guilty to was not a campaign finance violation?

Nah. It's just his oratory style.
You're lying because you don't like him and have a case of TDS. (Just go through this thread and look at all the crazy things you've said because this involves Trump.)
Does his oratory style include mixing up the names of famous leaders?

That has no bearing on determining that Irrespective condition.
If the jury is not smart enough to see that Team Trump urgently wanted to pay Stormy Daniels because of the imminent election, Trump will be acquitted.
-

I understand this is a waste of time, but the payment benefits Trump, with or without the election.
So, why the urgency to pay Stormy Daniels after the release of the Access Hollywood tape?
-
17 minutes ago, jerrymahoney said:
Yes so you can't say the only reason Stormy came forward was because of the election because she already did.
And the Judge is reviewing the FEC "Irrespective" notion this weekend and the extent that Brad Smith can address it or prosecution rebuttal can address it.
I am saying that Trump's motivation for paying her was the imminent election.

I said she first showed up in 2011 when Trump was not running for office.
Trump didn't bother to buy her story in 2011, he waited until the election was imminent.
Thanks for the assist.

No point in posting sense on the IMO man made climate change scam. Like science, opinions are fixed, are they not?
Because if you think that the world's scientists are engaged in a giant scam, there's a padded room waiting for you.

Most scientists work for universities or other organizations who don't derive their funding from Climate Change.
And then there are the grad students who don't get paid at all.
Michael E. Mann, the scientist who predicted the current spike in global temperature, works for Penn State University. His hockey stick chart was derided by oil company funded trolls until global temperature spiked. Now the trolls admit the planet is getting warmer.
So, the claim by trolls that scientists lie for money is a lie.

She first showed up in 2011 but despite the timing, as Mr. Smith said in 2018, he was a billionaire real estate developer TV reality star so there would be lots of reasons for Ms. Stormy to try to sell her story of screwing him when his new wife was pregnant. And Keith Davidson had lots of marks that were not politicians.
My point was that the payment to Ms. Daniels was related to the election, as shown by the urgency expressed by Trump's mooks after the release of the Access Hollywood tape.
Your post was unresponsive and basically just noise. Did you join the Trump Defense team?

Actually, it is possible that Biden will be so incoherent that people will think that he has taken LSD... 🤔
I guess you are not aware of the downside of reducing expectations before the debate.
We saw this before Biden's SOTU address, which ultimately resulted in the "Biden is on drugs" talking point.

Biden Urges Atlanta Voters to Stand Against Trump: ‘He’s Running for Revenge’
in World News

It's interesting that you left out the data for FY 2020 and 2021, but mentioned the two years under Biden when Covid was still a thing.
Or, do you mean that COVID ended the minute that Trump left office?
Anyway:
The federal deficit in 2020 was $3.1 trillion, equal to 14.9 percent of gross domestic product.
In fiscal year 2021, which ended on September 30, the federal budget deficit totaled nearly $2.8 trillion
So, your post contained a lie by omission, which is how you chose to defend Trump.
