First off, there may be a DTA between your country and Thailand that covers your pension.

I should ask if you pay taxes on your pension to your home country (or if you would if you didn't live in Thailand).

In the case of late abortions, it's because the mother's life is in danger and/or the baby isn't viable.

But there are states that require that the mother die in those circumstances, and many have.

The Antifa types usually make cartoon shields with garbage cans.
