    One major difference would be more tourist riding there. They cause a lot of accidents due to lack of experience and understanding of Thai driving etiquette or simply riding for the first time.

    Well they didn’t act in good faith. If they did, they’d sell it for medical purposes only. Instead they opened up in touristy and shady locations targeting recreational users. IMO most in fact acted in bad faith.

    This guy’s a genius. Ordered to put the fire out and ordered the rescue of trapped people. What would Thais do without his leadership. In this case all of bkk would’ve been on fire trapping millions. What a wise hero.

    Not quite. Recreational use was not allowed but due to poor management it got out of hand where just about every shop that popped up was selling it for recreational use

    Immigration police I believe have the right to know that you’re here legally. If you can prove it any other way then you’ve done well.

    This reminds me of a colleague fresh off the boat from USA who regularly visited a salon costing 900thb. Everyone at work laughed. “They are great and I get my head and shoulder rubbed too. I pay the same in USA but with no rubbing”. When he learned that for the price he can get rubbing in a lot more places, the penny dropped.

    I do same. Costs nothing and the delicate touch of the wife ends up rewarding to both of us later at night.

    Years ago I was doggy styling a bar girl. She had a tramp stamp with words “Tim’s, hands off”. Didn’t deter me. In my mind I said “Tim buddy, this is for you”. So if Tim is a member here, haha.

    You could be right. The suitcase maybe filled with the cash he allegedly took by mistake to the UK. When he opened it a few days ago realized the error, quickly booked a ticket to return it to the owner. What a guy, I’d say.

    If you believe financial security is superficial, you’re not living in the real world, rather a dreamer. Most people including Thai Women are pragmatic and prioritize their lives accordingly.
