So we decided to use a side street to u-turn on a major road. Randomly chose one and went in. Narrow road we were greeted with a boom gate with the sign 20m into it. But a tire was placed in front stopping you from doing it. The lady inside the booth rudely shouted you gotta pay if you want to turn around. This is BS extortion I thought. Got out of the car, pushed the tire aside, turned around and drove off.
