Pretty sure I have all of this, the joint custody letter is still to be approved / signed by the Judge. The Birth Certs, I have both thai and UK. Also I have the house book registry, though getting an uptodate one on that might be difficult. Trying to get anything is difficult, even after the judge ordered joint custody she still plays the game.

Looking to find out the latest info I need to be granted a Non Immigrant Visa. I am a British National. I have two Thai Children from my ex. She has most of the documents (even the British passports) of my kids.

So just looking to find out what I need as I do have photocopies of birth certificates etc.

So is Hull the only place that will do this still ?

Is the visa still 1 year ?

I've never had a problem with visa's due to 4/4 work for 15 years. Now though things have changed.

Any other info be helpful, just want to find the latest info, I can browse all day and then pick up the wrong information.

The girlfriend just txted said she's been offered 630,000 baht for her 2nd hand Kubota M6040. Anyone have any Idea if this is a good price - 2 years old and 1700 hrs on the clock.

Could anyone help with what are the best websites to sell a Tractor, the gf wants to sell her Kubota M6040SU. Probably good time to sell everyone being cashed up at the moment after harvest.

It's worth it if you get a good deal, Im living in a property near Maprachan on 1 Rai. I pay 7,500 baht / year. No Red ants to worry about when I wonder around the garden or Snakes for that matter. Be foolish to think there are no Snakes around, and even If I did see one id have no Idea if it was venemous or not.

Anyone know of a shop in Pattaya that prints high quality large prints - I'm talking 3 x 2 ft prints or similar.

Looked over the first 2 pages couldnt see anything - probably have to go to Bangkok I imagine.

Im curious if anyone know's where you can buy a 3 or 4 Externable Hard Drive or even more. In Pattaya the biggest one ive seen is 2TB, my guess is they are no fools and do this to keep the customer coming back buying a 1 TB. If they sold a 4TB - they would be out of business.

So if anyone knows of anywhere Pattaya or Bangkok or if 3TB Externable HD's even excist there ? Dont really want to go all the way to Pantip and find out I cant get them there.

If you have 10 fixed payments to make on your house is it necessary to receive signed copies [developers signature etc] with the company stamp on each receipt or is an Excel receipt enough, no signature or company stamp. Just curious what the legal requirement is.

Adidas shop in Royal Garden Plaza (ground floor 2nd road end) often sells last years model at a good 30-40% discount. Ive bought a few pairs there for 2500 baht +/-.

Is there any age limit for this;

1) How old they need to be before you can transfer a chanote into there name. They are 4 and 2 just now.

2) Maximum age you can keep the house in trust in their name before the chanote actually passes to them. I was hoping for my youngest to reach 25 before the house actually passes to them both.

Walked into Tukom actually on the same day as my post and bought a Nikon D5100 from the shop recommended, 3rd floor do a U turn and its right there on your right hand side. Actually asked the Thai bloke which camera he prefers Nikon / Canon etc. He has them all in his window. He mentioned the Nikon has better quality pictures. So took the deal he offered for camera + 8MB card + case etc for 18,000 baht. Thought it to be pretty good deal. Even went back a few days later for a few learning tips - Top bloke and recommended.

Anybody gone out and looked at all the options of buying a good camera in Pattaya ?

Is Tkom that bad ?

Any better choices, Central maybe ?

Need to spend between 15-30k or so.

As far as I know Bupa will always offer you cover if you join and renew every year before the age of 61.

AIA will stop coverage for you when you reach 80. Just when you need it most I would imagine.

Anyone know how badly do Teak Trees affect the soil after they have been cut ? We have 19 Rai being offered to us at 40,000 baht / Rai. Chanote Land. Literally bordering our land so would be easy to bring into our farm. Used to be Teak Trees. Now just stumps. 18 months unused land.

Would take I think 50,000 baht maybe to clear all the stumps from the ground. Just curious to know how quickly I could turn this land around and grow crops. Sugarcane. Would you have to leave the ground for an additional couple of years after taking out all the stumps ?
