I would trust hrw and numerous others governments and aid organisations over some Twitter accounts. -
Trump may get convicted for federal crimes, but with appeals he'll be dead before spending time in jail. So yes, pardon him, trump would be moaning for years about the injustice done to him. Dropped charges don't prevent a pardon.
