Yeah without a Thai bank account my Thai employer would not pay me. sucks but it is what it is. For bill paying, it really is no bother to have the house maid sort them out at the 7/11 though.

Who said anything about living hand to mouth ? It seems very bizzarre to me to set up to pay bills via direct deposit for a place that Iam only at for a month or two.
