The enviromental conditions when I check at my home and when the nurse aid checks at hospital. What are the differences ?

I check my BP daily at home with the Omron, Every 6 weeks I visit my doctor at the hospital, the machine there gives a result that is basically the same. Please explain what you find rediculous.

I have the same omron as pictured above. It givse the same result as the sed at the hospital I visit.. they use these ones.
