  3. Sugar in ice cream is what makes you fat. Chilli sauce is high sugar. You can eat cheese and lose weight. Ive done it. Fat is essential. Sugar isnt.
  4. Havent had icecream or chocolate or chips in 4 weeks. Dont miss it. Just put a new program into sc mind. I have the odd coke thats it. Had 2 beers in 3 weeks. Dont miss it either.

  10. Never been fined. Most of Thailand easy driving. Isaan is flat dead easy. Pai rd is windy but ok. Chiang Rai easy. Krabi is easy. Kanch is easy. Pkk is easy. Only bkk, pattaya no good. Great way to enjoy
