  1. I only have to show that it's ma perfidy, not that it's also a war crime because perfidy already is a war crime. You are trying to deflect from admitting this was a perfidsy.
  2. So you deny any perfidy happening in my post? Just as you deny all Israeli war crimes.
  3. In the context of war, perfidy is a form of deception in which one side promises to act in good faith (such as by raising a flag of truce) with the intention of breaking that promise once the unsuspecting enemy is exposed (such as by coming out of cover to take the "surrendering" prisoners into custody). Perfidy constitutes a breach of the laws of war and so is a war crime, as it degrades the protections and mutual restraints developed in the interest of all parties, combatants and civilians. c) The feigning of civilian, non-combatant status; and (d) The feigning of protected status by the use of signs, emblems or uniforms of the United Nations or of neutral or other States not Parties to the conflict. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perfidy
  4. I really don't know how to make this any simpler. The OP describes an incident which the IDF presumably admit to since we know they were commandos. They described dressing up as civilians and doctors and nurses. There is a photo in the OP of them wearing the disguises. Any rational person will conclude that the act was perfidy. Perfidy is a war crime.
  5. Why are you refusing to even mention the word "perfidy" in relation to my post? Do you deny that it was?
  6. The OP describes an act of perfidy and the photos show soldiers committing it. Do you know what perfidy is? I don't understand why this is so hard. Your constant demands for links is harrassment. I commented that the OP described perfidy. That's the link, deal with it. Tell me how that wasn't perfidy.
  7. Yes, I already know you excuse any Israeli war crime. You have never yet conceded that they committed one. Here is irrefutable evidence of a war crime and yet you still can't bring yourself to admit what's in front of your eyes.
  8. Perfidy. NO investigation needed , the facts speak for themselves and the report details the crime. Including photographic evidence.
  9. The war crimes continue. Israeli soldiers disguised themselves as doctors, nurses, and civilians raided early Tuesday a hospital in Jenin City, northern of the occupied West Bank, killing three Palestinians, including two brothers, with gun silencers. Ten personnel of Israeli special forces dressed in doctor and nurse uniforms, as well as ordinary civilians brandishing automatic guns, raided the Ibn Sina Hospital and used silencers to kill three youths, the official Palestinian news agency Wafa reported, citing sources in the hospital. https://www.aa.com.tr/en/middle-east/israeli-soldiers-dressed-as-doctors-nurses-kill-3-palestinians-with-silenced-guns-in-hospital-raid/3122615
  10. And until the foreperson handed her envelope to the clerk, who opened it up — she had trouble reading something, handed it to Judge Kaplan," recalled Birnbach. "And now, I'm imagining all kinds of bad things and Judge Kaplan asked her 'Is that an 'M' and what does it stand for?' "And she said, 'Yes. Million.'" https://www.rawstory.com/trump-e-jean-carroll-verdict-read/
  11. I suffered an abdominal blood clot in 2019 and was on warfarin (about 2 mg) for about 2 years until a specialist changed me to Eliquis (apixaban) 5 mg. It's very expensive. After a year, the doc was going to take me off them altogether until I said I was coming to Thailand when he decided to leave me on them just in case. I brought about a year's supply with me but when that ran out I had a video call with my specialist and he put me on a half dose. Eliquis is the most expensive but requires 2 tablets a day which means it has a 12 hour half life instead of 24 for the other doacs. The specialist explained that it was safer in the event of a bleeding event.
  12. It was back then as well. Not one peso went into building Trump's wall. Just another con job that MAGA swallowed hook, line and sinker.
  13. I missed the word "crime" in that article. While Hoffman is known for his work founding LinkedIn, he’s also a big Democratic donor, funding a number of Democratic causes, candidates and legal battles, including civil lawsuits filed by the victims of the “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, according to a post on LinkedIn
  14. It's almost as if he learned nothing from seeing the train wreck Giuliani got himself into. It's clear that his only hope (in his mind) is to dig himself as deep into the doodoo as he can in order to motivate the base and somehow be elected president. There is a chance it could work but I doubt that he will carry many independents.
  15. In addition, Israel’s supporters and allies, such as Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States, will now be expected to respond to the court’s ruling. How they recalibrate their public statements supporting Israel – and their diplomatic and private exchanges with Israeli political leaders – may prove pivotal to Israel scaling back aspects of its military operations. Israel has been placed on notice by the ICJ. A plausible case has been made that Israel has engaged in genocidal conduct in Gaza. https://lsj.com.au/articles/icj-puts-israel-on-notice-over-its-war-in-gaza/
  16. Indeed, one of the judges, Georg Nolte from Germany, has indicated that, for him, it is implausible that the IDF military campaign is being conducted with genocidal intent. He voted with the majority, he said, because “dehumanising and discriminate language” used by Israeli officials causes a risk of future violations of the genocide convention. https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2024/jan/28/icj-israel-gaza-ruling-genocide
  17. But this is not the first time Israel has been accused of genocide – and what happened last time is instructive. In 1982, the UN general assembly found Israel responsible for an act of genocide against the Palestinian people living in the Sabra and Shatila refugee camps in Beirut, Lebanon. The vote was 123 to 0. https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2024/jan/28/icj-ruling-gaza-wake-up-call-for-washington
  18. You're not sad that about half of Americans believe in fake conspiracy theories? Or that someone like Stefanik who said in January 2021 that the Jan 6 rioters were unamerican and must be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law but who now says those people are hostages? Does that kind of feeble minded, self serving fickleness not worry you? Why do you think that the GOP has now twice picked a tv or movie star to be president? Taking direction from an unqualified celebrity only now concerns you?
  19. There is no reason to believe they changed their mind over a ruling that was largely favourable to them . There is no statement that they recanted their promise. You've got nothing.
