Why else would you choose people like Roger Stone, Steve Bannon, Stephen Miller. Mark Meadows, Paul Manfort and the traitor Flynn to run your administration. The ethos of the republican party is just follow the money.

That Hamas would not exist without Netanyahu is quite relevant to the question of the attack of October 7. There's a strong argument to be made that the atatcks would not have occurred but for 1.8 billion dollars in direct financial support intended to prevent the PA from becoming the legit Palestinian authority. It gave Netanyahu cover to refuse to negotiate with anyone while claiming there was no clear authority.
