Hotel's can serve alcohol and most high end resorts have excellent restaurants. We had dinner at a 5 star hotel and for an extra 900 baht we were offered free flowing wine or beer. I'm assuming that this would apply to other hotels as well. Other than that enjoy a nice meal and grab a few drinks and enjoy it on the balcony of your hotel with a few friends.
