I've rented 155 scooters at this location, near the Hilton. Not very new but worked fine. 250 baht COVID times so probably 350-400 now. Hua Hin is great for riding around. Very chill and relaxed except for rush hour. Perfect since very little parking for cars. It's been there for years. Renters just chillin by there truck with plenty of bikes (scooters).

Definitely compensation will resolve things. Hopefully the Thai guy recovers fully and everyone can get back to normal life. Unfortunately bad things happen. Always best for all parties involved to try and keep a cool head.

Hopefully you have transportation, there aren't baht busses, grab, motorcycle taxis. Definitely rent a car, lots of rain in the hills of Kalisan. You may want to stay in Khon Kaen then drive out there. Also a zoo outside of Khon Kaen. Great road! We've been there a few times and I never saw lodging. Besides the Dinosaur museum and the 7// PTT gas station there not much else. The museum is probably 2 hours at most. Air-conditioning was almost non-existent because of no people (mid-Covid) we had to show vaccinated proof. It's great for kids though. At least there's something to do if you stay while in Khon Kaen. The City of Sakon Nakhon is up the road through the mountains. Pretty boring city also, I live there. In Issan Udon Thani and Khon Kaen are nice places to stay then venture out for the day. When you get back there's shopping, restaurants, and nightlife at least.

Anyone else in an opposing party would be banned from politics for 10 years. Being fat, sloth like, and conniving has its caveats.

Why not just stay at a nice resort on the beach. Go to Pattaya, you won't want to go back home and wonder why you ever got married in the first place. Temples are overrated and have no air-conditioning.

I'm living that. Luckily we're about 100 meters from the main village. Luckily I'm a deep sleeper and I had our walls insulated for noise and the heat. Sometimes I wish I had a condo in Pattaya to get away from the noise of the village.

Probably better to live away from everyone in a house. Thai cities can get pretty noisy along with nieghbors. Condo living is definitely not for the hyper sensitive when it comes to noise.

Nice. Hard to go wrong in First or Business class even with Thai Airways. Hope it won't get cancelled 48 hours before departure.

Immigration can send you home and blacklist you. It's up to the immigration officer. In this case a crime has been committed and a blacklisting is in order.

That's what they do. I've gotten small refund occasionally. It takes 2-4 months to show up as credit. If no credit then thats what Amazon handed over to customs. The shippers aren't getting the cash. Your beef would be with Thai Customs. Good luck with that.

Why don't you just wait for the toxicology report. They can easily distinguish the amount of drink at the time of the crime even if he's had a few drinks after leaving the scene. In the meantime enjoy your weekend.
