Our Toshiba did. Thai and English on the buttons and in the book. 

Avoid ones with symbols or only Thai on the buttons. 

You can at a pinch google your new model on the Toshiba site, and download a pdf from there.

We've probably all done it, but getting killed or maimed over $5 (assuming both pay B80) is silly.

There's a time to take a stand. A five buck fare isn't one of them. 

As for the hapless driver, a lot of extreme violence from men of this age is the result of childhood lead poisoning.

Research discovered that poor children in Asia back before unleaded fuel, were sleeping on slum floors near road traffic.

They got brain damage eventually from the lead, often manifested as extreme violence when provoked later in life.  

You don't have to change your plates.

But, as a farang, I would.

Probably somewhere along the line someone will make a fuss either because they can, or they are rent-seeking.

Also, your car insurance will want to know. Always make sure your insurance company is informed about any changes.

Especially those clear glass wines marketed at women.

Clear glass looks pretty, but it is kryptonite to wine. 

Three weeks is all it takes for light to break down the complexity of a wines structure.

Avoid the clear glass wines -and invite the pretty out for a beer!

Please seek as many alternatives to an operation as possible. 

It may be the only option, but at least do as much homework as you can. Even try Chat GPT, free on here.

Remember, the more details you input the better the output, also it may not be fully up to date on medical research.

Just avoid invasive surgery if you can, it can often crate more problems than it solves in advanced old age.

Which I found the need to share odd.

Many of us have minor mishaps all the time, we don't feel the need to share unless we think help is required. 

Most adults realise any animal bite inflicted anywhere is a potential infection risk, full stop.

But I'll be sure to let the community know next time I stub my toe or something.

We saw a video on social media, which was filmed at the Chiang Mai moat, and what a forlorn sight. 

Half-hearted revellers milling about with water guns, and the place looks no busier than a random low-season Tuesday.

The mob reported at KSR are all probably leaving the Kingdom by next week. 

Thailand had better pivot to the industries departing overpriced and unpredictable China before their neighbours take the lions share.

"Quality" tourists have the entire world to roam, and they tend to go for "quality" experiences! 

Super hazardous air pollution,  isn't a quality experience.

"Live and let die" probably should become the national motto.

Exactly. Most westerners back in western-land are pretty clueless about Thailand. They lump all these places together in their minds when they think of holidays, the Maldives, Thailand, Malaysia, India, is all just tropical and foriegn to most of them. Word of mouth usually brings new people here. And the smoke now has global news coverage.

Plenty youngsters out of course, NOT spending money, apart from a pittance on snacks and the cheapest soakers they can afford.
