Repeated media reports says it all really. Remember the old days? We bought either the morning or evening edition of the same newspaper each day and we sat down to the same 6:00 pm tv channel news. Now it is 24/7 tv on a continual loop, 1,000 internet "newspapers" or MSM. 98% of news today is opinion or page filler & 2% factual. Journalists have been replaced by reporters. Original articles replaced by cut and paste. To me, Greta's "accomplishments" probably sit in the page filler category????????

I know pretty much zero about this girl. If she is suing a govt there will be enormous costs which must be borne. Then whatever the outcome there will be a plethora of appeal avenues, ringing up the govt till at tax-payers expense. Who is holding her purse strings?????????

PJ, this is Thailand remember. There is no one national rule and provincial rules change quickly. Yes, it is likely redundant today. Pattaya were recently insisting upon proof of vax and some stick up the schnozzle test to attend open air free concerts! Having the app is not an imposition. I've had the app 2+ years and never used it. Maybe other countries will once again request to view it prior to entry? Also, if a BIB has a Mia Noi birthday approaching a shakedown could be in order.????????

I e-mailed Bkk Pattaya Hosp who had provided the 2 jabs. They promptly repied asking for e-mailed copies of old & new passport details page along with Mor Pro #. Reply received 2 days later. Mor Pro updated and new hard copy attached.????????

Yup. My missus does not drive but happily blames me when some wingnut doin' 160+k decides that it is HIS/HER soi/highway to do whatever they want. Being aware of your surroundings is your only real survuval plan. Luck certainly plays a huge part in road survival here.????????

Agreed. Education is the key but schools are too bizzy (sic) teaching/singing the national anthem or banging on about glorious wars won riding elephants. Maybe some unspeakable stuff too. Trouble is that kids today are likely riding/driving similar to their parents. Throw in the smart phones of today and it's a new ball game. Kids from (say) 8 years+ roar up & down our village soi on their modified exhaust bikes. No-one says or does a thing and I can't see that changing. RIP to the youngster.????????
