    My understanding too Jacko. Pretty sure visa exempt won't cut the mustard for Thai licence. If no have IDP, home licence may be valid for 3 months. Possibly depends on the individual BIB if pulled over.????????

    Yup. Also check life insurance/travel insurance. Getting in a boat in Thailand could be considered an "extreme sport" and not covered.????????

    Go for a walk down 3rd road & check out clinics. Avoid Buakhao area, likely falang pay more....supply & demand stuff. Nurse/receptionist will check blood pressure, temp, & weight. Most docs will look at you, sign the paperwork and send you on your way without uttering a word. My doc said "you look fit". Dress neatly & pay maximum of 200 baht. Someone else may know an exact place?????????
