That would indeed have been racist had it been a stand alone question , but the previous evasive dialogue makes it not racist . LH could have been more polite and asked where the flag Ngozi was wearing came from . Had Ngozi been wearing British clothes and had a Union Jack as a head scarf, she wouldn't have been asked where she came from .

It was the actual account from the transcript , I was reading the actual discussion when I wrote my post and the transcript can be found in the O.P. Ngozi was wearing African clothes and also wearing the flag of an African Country as a hairband , hence the question where about in Africa are you from . Ngozi was cosplaying as an African and must have been embarrassed to be put on the spot and asked where about in Africa did she come from

Not from the beginning LH wasn't told . After being asked the first time , Ngozi replied with her charities name and after being asked a second time, she replied with where her charity is located . Then LH asked for a third time and asked more specifically which part of Africa was She from (understandable because she was wearing African clothes ) and once again Ngozi didn't state where she was from . It was only at the fourth time of asking that Ngozi stated she was from U.K. Seems like LH was rather annoyed by that time and had Ngozi said "I am from the UK" at the first time of asking , she wouldn't have been questioned further

She isn't actually "my woman" , just an acquaintance . I did look into Wise , but there was some reason why I couldn't do it , could have been they needed a BIC/SWIFT code or something and I do think that she wouldn't be able to find that number . I do think I wrote that the money can be collected over the counter at a W.U outlet . It was a one off payment and less than a 1000 Quid and although W.U offered a terrible rate , I was at the office and just thought that I would take the hit and just send it there and then . If I were to be sending money regularly (which I wont be doing) , I would look into cheaper ways of sending it

Whilst I do agree that the discussion wasn't really P.C and it was unnecessarily personal , I just disagree that it was racist. Whilst it may appear to be racist if you try and make it that way , it was mainly due to Ngozi cosplaying as an African and deliberately being vague in the discussion about her origins . They were at an event attended to by people from all over the World , so it would be quite normal to ask people where they were from . Some people are trying to change the situation where Lady H just went up to a random Black person and asked where they were from and then questioned whether they were from the UK or not , but that wasn't what happened

Yes, that was the point that I made earlier in the thread , Sista space only helping Females from the African/Caribbean community is indeed racist (and sexist as well, for that matter).

Ngozi isn't very popular with anyone at the moment , she's annoyed the African community because she dressed up as an African and she's annoyed the Caribbean community for not wearing Caribbean clothes and she's annoyed the White community for causing racial problems and her Sistahspace supporters are annoyed about the corruption . Comments on social media no one supports her at all , seems like Lady Hussey is her only friend now and I wouldn't be surprised if the two began to hang out together more pften

The Unions are taking he UK bacK to the 1970's . The first thing that the UK needs to is to get inflation under control and back down to a reasonable level . Unions demanding huge wage increases will just cause inflation to rise

European Nationalism, Socialism , European National Socialism Far Right attempted coups in the USA , Germany , Ukraine and Russian far right groups fighting for Russia . The U.K really needs to keep its independence

Historically, its been Germanys aim to reign supreme in a united Europe with them dominating , the U.K has fought against that , France and Spain historically hasn't been opposed to that in the same degree that the U.K has .

Ngozi has now made up with Lady Hussey and now doesn't seem to want to continue publicising her charity , I wonder whether that new stance has anything to do with her currently being investigated for fraud , which came about with the palace publicity ?

It is considered rather derogatory to call Asians "Yellow" in the UK , although I understand that "Chinaman" is regarded as being derogatory in the USA whilst being acceptable in the UK

Point being that I can personally see that there hasn't been a surge in immigration to the UK , others who just read sensationalist headlines in biased news reports will not know that

I really do think that I am in a better position to comment on the economic effects , rather than people who just cherry pick facts and figures and use those figures to form an opinion , for example people who quote a surge in immigration to the UK and then claim Brexit has failed to control UK's borders . Well of course there's going to be a surge in people applying for visas for the UK , because prior to Brexit they didn't need to apply for UK visas

I think that the reason is because sometimes flights are delayed and that would put some people on an overstay and it would be quite unfair for fine them for that , land borders do fine you if you overstay for one day

Just replying to poster who questions my knowledge of the situation and pointing out that I am living it , rather than just watching it
