Yeah, sure! If you think about such small things. Then you will be happy to know that I go get my children everyday with car in schools where they have 1500 respective 3000 students and all stop at the same time. The entrance to both is directly out to a 3 lane road without parking available. 😂 no have a single problem with that. Let´s just say that patience is my virtue. 😉

As usual the bank does this to fool people into easy loans that makes them have to pay extra of the money they will be able to make. After that, for starters they will have to pick a hell of a lot, just to pay back their loan. After that, they should also make good money on the side. After a season of 70 days, a median income of about 5000-6000 usd is normal. The cost for everything in Sweden is about 4000 usd. So the berry picker return with around 1000-2000 usd to Thailand. Of course the loan goes to cover the costs, but not all. Roughly they will have extra 20k baht to pay back, because it was easy to live good and used borrowed money plus the interest for 6 month. That will be extra costs on their hard earned money. Result will be that they have around 25-50k baht left. Not much to put in the wallet after such a trip and work.

Sure, you got a valid point. I don´t see much to deal with, more than tax and insurance once a year and driver license every 5 year. Sure, it can go broke, but that´s what the repair shop is for 😉 But, I understand. Many people stay in the same place and not move around so much. For me, it´s a must. Now the whole Sihanoukville is over exploited in a massive way. Ankor Wat, might place as the 28th wonder of the world. The history of both countries have much in common, and both are fascinating. Thailand will definitely offer more adventures and possible experiences They have same high end accommodation. However, the same standard goes for a higher price in Cambodia when in comes to renting or buying property. Food and beer are cheaper, but you will never know when the beef is dogmeat. Hurray! Mekong river with the cleanest brown water in the world. If you then continue to talk about the capitol city. Just will just love the horrendous smell from the morning markets all around the city.
